Had multiple cancellations. Then have to wait for 3 months for my appointments to be cancelled the day before again. Sent in multiple emails with no response , even had a call from them that I assume was an accident as when I answered I heard talking and then got hung up on. Tried to call back with no answer. Just booked an appointment for their earliest, which is in 3 months, so hopefully they don’t cancel this one the day before aswell.... (Show more)

Good dentist, really friendly people here when you get through to them. They have a bad habit of not answering the phone and there is a lack of parking. Maybe 5 spaces at the actual dentist otherwise you have to use the library carpark further along.

Dentalcare has always taken great care of me and my family. Dr Shah is fabulous and take the time to explain her recommendations. She was accomodating when booking didnt go according to plan. Nicola on the front desk was super friendly and helpful. Went above and beyond to help with mine and my sons appointments. I cant thank the team enough for their exceptional service.... (Show more)

Booked my appointment in November 2022 it was cancelled 2 hours before I was due to arrive day off work wasted, was told I would be rebooked in Jan cancelled again 2 hours before I was due to arrive rebooked for Feb yes you guessed it cancelled 2 hours before I was due to arrive was offered a Saturday appointment as I was fed up with taking half days off work surprise surprise cancelled again 2 hours before I was due to attend 3 times the excuse was the dentist was ill and the last time I was booked with the wrong dentist! Absolute shambles of a dentist practice communication rubbish customer service non existent avoid at all costs because you will never get to see a dentist unless you use their private practice... Absolutely terrible dentist, can never get an appointment. Receptionists hang up on you and are rude. Constantly cancel appointments which then means you don't have one for two years so they then remove you from their system and say you have to pay private. If your lucky enough to get an appointment they make it private appointment when its supposed to be an NHS appointment and then refuse treatment for another month..avoid at all costs.... (Show more)

Abysmal, an absolute shambles, Booked me an appointment on the 27th December 2022, went to appointment were not open: 2nd appointment 17th April, no record when I got there, book me for 18th April to tell me in the morning the dentist had rung in sick, made appointment with another dentist for later that afternoon, to have them ring me to say he didn't want to see me unless I went private, have now made me another appointment for may, Wouldn’t even go private there with their stinking attitude towards the client, Now have appointment with my old Dentist privately, wouldn’t give them a bean, ADVOID at all cost literally!... This is the worst dental clinic ever . No one is answering the phone or emails ,very poor service and unprofessional .

I'm surprised by the negative reviews on here, I had a very good experience. Staff are excellent, dentist efficient.

Booked an urgent appointment and was cancelled by email the night before. Rang practice many times, waited on hold for up to 25 mins and didn’t get through, when I finally did a few weeks later was given an appt 3 months ahead. This appt cancelled by email 2 weeks later.

Can't review the actual dentist as I never get to see one. Shocking customer service. Booked an appointment online first, got my confirmation text, turned up on time, no record of my appointment on the system. Informed I shouldn't book online as it doesn't always work as if it's my fault. I've just found out my appointment has been cancelled again, 3rd time on the day it's been cancelled. Booking of services poor. Had one cancellation of appointment with no notification & advised when arrived for appointment. Hygienist appt cancelled as too busy and then next appointment booked as a check up 😡 Looking to change dentist …

Had nothing short of a great experience here, beautifully clean, great, proffesional and helpful staff. I'm a nervous patient and they did all they could to make me feel relaxed and calm. Helen was extra helpful and kind to me and is a genuine credit to them. Couldn't rate this place more highly.

Got me in same day for emergency appointment xray confirmed an infection to the gum total agony these last 3 nights no sleep follow up in 5 days. Lovely ladies thx

Another update: On my arrival ‘how much are you paying today’ - good day to you too. I was told last time my braces would be coming off today (given the paperwork last time) …. Today this maybe not the case …. FUMING. UPDATE. Still waiting for my 1500 apt (currently 1530). Threatened with a £50 late fee if we’re (the patient) late, Urm- we have to work hard to be able to afford your poor customer service. Nothing but disappointment & cost every time. PLEASE AVOID Avoid at all cost. The most uncaring, Non-professional business I have ever used. Every appointment is further apart than advised by the orthodontist due to lack of staff. Every appointment gets cancelled & rebooked, adding even more time between appointments. Take your hard earned money else where. Complete rip off, thousands of pounds spent for poor quality service / product / treatment. I’ve had a (& continue to have) a list of ever extending appointments, ensuring I wear braces longer than required. Very embarrassing.... (Show more)

Arrive to my hygenist appointment, wait 30mins to be told our systems down go rebook. The week before i seen the dentist, usually a lady this time a man and he was so rude and horrible and didnt even bother doing a full examination

Avoid this dentist! There customer service is shocking! Joined as nhs patient back in 2020 and have had good experience previously until I called to get a check up to find out they have changed me to a private customer without notifying me. When I explained I was an nhs patient they said there was nothing they could do and they are not taking on nhs customers at the moment and not likely to until July! How can they not see you when you are already a customer of there’s!!!! Emailed them proof that I was an nhs customer and shock I haven’t had a response. Absolutely disgusted by this dentist!...
