Just went in and check for price for company coverage treatment. But the counter receptionist was very unfriendly and just answer to me need to check with your own company coverage package with no clues at all. No advise given and will definitely NOT visit this dental. If you just want a basic service maybe can give a try out as the receptionist only provide me the basic service cost.... (Show more)

Dr Tang is a fantastic dentist. Does so much more than take care of my family’s teeth. Does a full cost breakdown before undergoing treatment as well as offering the most cost effective treatment. Am extremely grateful to him for his service !

Had my first appointment at the clinic today with my dentist (Dr. Tan) from the previous clinic. The service provided here was definitely much better than the previous clinic that I had visited. Friendly front desk staff and Dental Assistant. They even have a television for patients to indulge in Netflix during the dental treatment process, making it not only a less stressful environment, but also a pleasant one. Will be back for my follow up appointments.... (Show more)

DO NOT VISIT. Made an appt 2 weeks ago at 11am (Farrer road outlet) and was told to wait for 1 hr+. This is a dental clinic that does not respect customer’s time of making the effort of coming on time for the appt & travelling ALL the way down. Even have the cheek to tell me to reschedule, then what’s the point of making an appt? Such arrogance just because your schedules are pack, you think you have many customers & you can treat your customer this way? JUST GET READY TO CLOSE DOWN YOUR CLINIC... (Show more)

I had a really bad toothache and had been seeking various consultations from different dentists, and it just felt like there wasn’t a “solution” until I came across a referral to Dr Ray Tang. Having had bad experiences from 2 diff wisdom tooth extractions with different dental clinics(and never going back there) I’m grateful to have came across Dental Werks, Dr Ray Tang. I extracted a total of 3 teeth with him in one day, 1 surgical for a impacted molar and 2 normal extraction - and it only took an hour(for all 3) compared to other dental clinics that usually take about an hour per tooth(base on my past experience) He will also ask questions in-between the extraction - if any pain is felt and will preempt you of what you would possibly feel during the extraction process. His costs are reasonable for the experience and care you’d get. Definitely in line with Dental Werks mission/vision aims of making quality dental care available to the masses at affordable rates. Post extraction care: He had predicted(& managed my expectations) I may have some problems healing (as I didn’t bleed enough for my suture to close up properly) and was ready to help affix the problem 3 days post surgery. Definitely my choice of dentist that I trust and will go back to - and although I live quite a distance away from his clinic, I will travel for his amazing expertise. Thank you Dental Werks and Doctor Ray Tang for the amazing dental work.... (Show more)

Another good experience with Dental Werks. This time was to solve my helper’s tooth ache that started yesterday. Dr Tang was clear with the analysis and options available. He even took extra consideration on the availability of dental services in the home country of my helper, and so we need weigh in on the short and long for a comprehensive solution. I also asked for an x-ray to make sure there is no other serious issue with her other teeth. The extraction was seamless and my helper looked visibly more comfortable, and her affected gum area was also cleaned up. The whole visit took only a neat 30mins, and she was on her way home happy and relieved. Thanks Dental Werks and Dr Tang!!... (Show more)

Dr Tang is our family dentist, my wife and I have been coming for years now, she used to be afraid of dentist, but Dr Tang makes our dental visits fun and comfortable. Though it’s a little far for us but we are willing to travel here. Highly recommended!

I was very unhappy with the service there because I made an appointment for 12 noon. Filled in the form which said I had brought a diabetic 84-year old, waited 10 mins and asked when I could see the dentist. I was told it would take another 15 minutes! By then, we would have waited 25 mins in this covid climate. If the dentist cannot meet the appointment, they have an obligation to not make patients wait so long! Unreliable and uncaring of the elderly parent I brought there. Wont go back and certainly wont be recommending this place. They didnt even bother to call back and apologize.... (Show more)

I'm always grateful for ethical medical practitioners. This is one of those clinics that I'd comfortably recommend to any of my friends. For confidentiality, I'd not share about what medical procedures I had to undergo, but my case isnt as simple due to a previous accident and subsequent reconstruction done. Hope you would have a similar experience as me.... (Show more)

Dr Tang was quite thorough in cleaning. Although it may have felt brutal, I appreciated the fact that my teeth were cleaner and I wouldn't have to worry about some of the deeper plaque problems that led to my bleeding gums. So far after the treatment, my gums are much better.
