Dr László Rácz
Dr. László Rácz 1986, graduated from the Targu Mures University of Medicine and Pharmacy, Faculty of Dentistry. After an hour and a half of waiting, they realized that they forgot and I had a time point. Also because my wife was looking for where I was staying for so long. The care is professional, the staff is kind. My rating is 3 stars for the case below (the second time I was there): Unfortunately, when booking the appointment, someone wrote down the time incorrectly, which caused me to be an hour late for the first appointment (I note that during my two visits, 3 people arrived at the wrong time). After an hour of waiting, I was only told that I was late and to wait longer. After almost an hour of waiting, I didn't get an answer to my question about what their plan was for me, so I asked for a new appointment. This time, after a slightly longer wait, the treatment was done. Only at the time of payment did it become clear that a HUF 10,000 contingency fee would be billed for the latest delay as well.... I had a root canal and some fillings with Dr. Ilona Kodolányi. He was very kind and attentive, I can only recommend him.
I hate and loathe, I fear dentistry completely, with all my heart. However, the dentist is very empathetic, kind and lovable, as are the staff!
The polite and friendly doctors and assistants who work here provide you with professional care. The waiting room has a pleasant design, a maximum of 6 patients can stay in the waiting room at the same time, and the treatments are carried out smoothly. For me, it's a district doctor's office, but I don't feel any difference compared to the paid service. They accept you after requesting an appointment. The waiting time is acceptable, while everyone is treated with equal attention. They provide understandable and correct information during the treatment. After the completed treatments, I really left cured. My 'dentist's white coat syndrome' has resolved significantly since I have been coming here for treatment and check-ups. The young doctor is very good, he has a skillful hand. I was afraid because he pulled a lot of teeth. Then I went to him laughing!
Everyone is nice, all the dentists are professional. Jr. I go to Dr. Zsolt László Rácz, he did everything perfectly and flawlessly. He also performed the more complicated tooth extraction excellently.

Modern, well-equipped and friendly environment, fair service. Kind, precise and professional staff and dentist (Dr. Anna Takács). Several more complicated procedures have been performed on me without any problems. I can only recommend it to everyone!
They did a professional job. The panoramic X-ray was done on site, the entire tooth extraction took 20 minutes. It didn't hurt at all, not even afterwards. I received excellent, impeccable care, I am absolutely satisfied. I can only recommend!
