What does noise have to do with the quality of what the company does? As prosthetists, they are very good professionals, which is what is being valued here. The rest is your personal issue. I know that they are good professionals.
They are not in a residential building, but rather an office building, so there are no noise regulations. It is normal that noises are produced when working. If you work on weekends, too. I don't know what it will be like as a company, but as people I know that they are shit... I am a neighbor of the building, I live right below them and every day from 6:15 they wake up the neighbors, and even having called their attention, They don't have any consideration.
