I do not recommend, 2 lost teeth that could have been saved and a lot of money, plus a lot of pain and problems.

Any tooth with chronic apical periodontitis ("infection"), of large size, which becomes acute (pain and inflammation), and which does NOT respond to repeated treatment with antiseptic (calcium hydroxide) and antibiotic, has a recommendation for EXTRACTION. So there was nothing wrong in my decision nor in the therapeutic conduct. And for the second extracted tooth, which had no infection but was in pain, I recommended specialized endodontic treatment, I did not recommend extraction. The fact that I didn't manage to treat him - I'm sorry for the discomfort created, unfortunately I don't have a 100% success rate
