I was told by my old dentist, who I have respected for the last 10 years and for whom I was always happy to drive 2 hours to the practice. Mr. Otterbach recommended it because I moved to Cologne from the north. During the first conversation he offered me the 'you', we talked a bit privately and he told me about the things they offer in the practice. Making appointments and rescheduling via WhatsApp is simply fantastic. I can only say good things about Dr. Otterbach say and I'm incredibly happy with the result, so really, really happy! The Bundestag has moved away from Bonn. But the very best dentist remained in Bonn: Dr. Thomas Otterbach. My wife and I have been his patients for two decades and are completely satisfied. My husband and I have been enjoying driving the route from Bergisch Gladbach to Bonn for decades, about 70 km (there and back) to see Dr. Otterbach to be treated. There are no long waiting times for an appointment. He is very friendly and personable, honest, competent and careful. After a few failed attempts at dentists, I finally found the right one. For years I wasn't given any advice, they just wanted to make money from me, get my teeth cleaned, etc. I have had severe abrasion and discoloration on my teeth for 3 years and I suffered greatly from it. Other doctors, whose names I won't mention here, only ever told me something about co-payments, special prices, teeth cleaning, etc. Fillings would have been the right thing to start with. With Mr. Otterbach I received comprehensive and correct advice and treatment in this regard for the first time, based on health insurance benefits; It is done in four sessions, my teeth shine with their old whiteness, color and shape. One broken, ulcerated one was repaired and the fat cheek was treated in a short time. You never have to wait, the longest was 10 minutes. The team sometimes works from 7 a.m., the doctor is just wonderful, in a good mood like the whole team. You are never made to feel ashamed. I got to know Ms. Niedernhagen and Mr. Otterbach as approachable, competent doctors, and the assistants are also incredibly great. I felt comfortable from start to finish and will continue to do so. In 2006 I was recommended for implant surgery by Dr. Otterbach, I am still very satisfied to this day! He is friendly, patient, competent and I had no pain during the treatments.
