This doctor is an absolute professional! In December, I came in with terrible pain, the 8th tooth began to come out (in Russian we call it “wisdom tooth”). The doctor prescribed me an antibiotic because I needed to relieve the inflammation and then remove the tooth. We set a deadline in January (for removal). The antibiotic worked, the inflammation went away, but the tooth caused a lot of discomfort, it could not come out and was “pushing” the entire row. There was no room for him at all. I called the doctor, she agreed to prescribe a new extra term to see me and remove the tooth. The procedure lasted 15 minutes and my torment is over! Very competent and experienced doctor. Unfortunately, I had very bad experiences with this dentist and can only advise against it. I ended up with open molars in three out of four quadrants because Ms. Hinzmann thought root canals were necessary but didn't complete any of them. Unusual procedure, as another dentist also confirmed to me. I couldn't chew anything anymore. The dental assistants were treated like stupid little children. I looked for a new dentist and actually met one of the dental assistants there again, who also confirmed to me that the working atmosphere was terrible.... (Show more)

I have been receiving treatment from Ms. Hinzmann for 8 years and am still a patient of hers despite moving. I can recommend Ms. Hinzmann for the following reasons: sensitive handling of the patient, professional equipment, very sensitive sensitivity when it comes to procedures such as drilling in the mouth area, great dexterity (my dentist previously had rough hands, which led to the treatments were often associated with pain).
