Dental Laser Nogales

Great experience and good price however, one street over is cheaper so I'm probably going to try a new place next time.

I have been coming to Dental Laser for 6 years and have always had great service and recommendations for treatment. I cannot say enough good things about the clinic from the receptionist, dental assistants, and especially Dr. Ana.

I have been a patient for the past 5 years and have been extremely happy with the care I have received. Much more sophisticated than any dental practice I've ever used here in the U.S. and more state of the art equipment than I've seen anywhere else. At our last appointment we were given a different Dentist who put up our year plus old x-rays and tried to convince both my wife and I that we each needed over $2000 in dental work. When told that our previous Laser Dentist did not recommend any of this work he told us that Dentist was a bad Dentist and no longer worked at Laser. I am in the process of doing multiple crowns and implants that will take a bit longer to complete. So far the experience has been very good. The staff is very professional and the results, thus far, are excellent. I will respond further as the work progresses.

After several interactions about a high crown, I was contacted by Laura who followed up promptly and called back the next day with answers in a very professional manner. This is the best dentist experience I’ve had in a long time. Pain free, prompt, and excellent quality of work. All of the staff were super helpful, very nice, and bilingual. I would like to thank Dr. Sanchez, Miriam, and my root canal dentist. Also, last but not least Denise and all of the ladies at the front desk. We LOVE Dental Laser and we have total confidence in our medical professionals for routine cleaning/checkups as well as for our more extensive dental work (implants, crowns, etc.) The facilities are very clean/sterile, they have top-notch equipment, and the staff is always very friendly and helpful. Customer service is extremely helpful and timely. Ivan answered all my questions in a timely fashion and let me know about a free shuttle service from Tucson, which I was very excited to learn about since I was researching transit options to the clinic. Miguel and Alejandra work great as a team. Each know what the other wants before they ask. Very efficient fast and extra friendly. They explain so you know what happening at all times.

Have been going to Laser Dental for years now. Highly recommended. State of the art facility. Dr. Anna Benitiz is professional and friendly, and her assistant, Dani Atondo is charming. In fact, all the staff there are great.

I am a dental professional, therefore, this review is not based on a bias personal opinion. 1: HIPPA laws are not respected. I had someone else, calling and requesting my x-rays, and they were given without any kind of verification or consent from me. (They only have what was showing what they wanted to show, such of work that they were ok with showing; eg a full mouth x-ray). 2: I knew very well that the doctor that “helped” Me with my canine, Drilled all the way to the route in order to get an implant in, although the cavity was insignificant and at the top of the tooth; It Was not in anyway close to the Root of the tooth. The doctor that did the procedure and drilling Very far into the tooth Without any consent, And Done told me that unfortunately I need an implant. The purpose of all this was for her to do an implant, And she planned on doing that from the very beginning, Because implants are more expensive than just a filling. When I requested the pictures They were taken Drilled or removed the discovery, They ignored every one of my request And did not send any information or pictures related to my procedure Knowing that The tooth only needed a small fill, not an implant. After declining the implant, although she drilled all the way to the route and damaged my route, She decided that it will be just fine with the feeling (which is not because now to tooth is exposed), And therefore, just fill up her artwork with filling material an sent me my way. Now, a while later, I have to redo the work here in the states, And fix all of the bad work done. 3: There is no significant use or PPI; This is very important because when you have a doctor or an Assistant working without PPI, blood and other things can get all over the staff, And furthermore into the patient. Next time they do not use a gown, Or a jacket, and they touch your face, Remember that the same thing was used for most of the patients if not all that day, And you are in a dental place where blood is just everywhere from everyone. When doing my cleaning, the doctor had her arms out, exposed, hair out, etc, I’ll do the cleanings are some of the procedures that have the most blood in them. 4: although you may think you save money, Just like I did, The truth is that you save nothing in the long run, Because you will have to return, because unnecessary work it’s done to you in order to raise profits, and because you are exposed to blood-borne, pathogens and other fluids That are transferred from one patient to the other (live on skin and sour faces for seconds to hours). 5: When I called my husband to come in because I was Surprised by how much she drilled, and the things that she was asking me To do, and told her we are both Dental professionals, The doctor freaked out and left the room, letting us deal with the assistant. 6: lastly, Because of my shock of the time I didn’t spoke up, However, the dental assistant did not use a apron when taking all of the x-rays, Exposing me to Unnecessary radiation on my neck, Throat, and reproductive organs (the most affected by radiation). Make sure you let them know that you want a lead apron, and they are required to put it on; please learn from my mistake, if you think is valuable. We all go through hardships, financially, and unfortunately, we try to find cheaper ways, Unfortunately Cheaper is not better. Unfortunately, I allowed all of that to happen, because I am a “people pleaser” and I didn’t had What it takes to speak up, I also second-guess myself thinking That’s the doctor Knows better than me; BUT TRUST YOUR GUT!... I was very impressed with the care and professional attention that I received during my two visits to Dental Laser. I was particularly impressed with Ivan and his prompt pre-visit communications as well as the diagnosis, root-canal and extraction dentists along with their very capable assistants. Specifically notable to me, was the gathering at the end of the day, of the various individuals that had treated me explaining me post-visit cautions and my follow-up treatment plan. Quality work at prices much lower than in Michigan. Dr. Valdez installed my implant. Now ten months later I have a concern about the gum receding over the implant. Laura was very helpful in setting up appointment with me next month with Dr. Valdez for a consultation and Dr. Ana for a crown. The only disadvantage is the distance. I live in Michigan. But a trip to Arizona and Mexico is still much cheaper than going to a dentist in Michigan. Crown here is $2800. In Nogales I think around $600. Thanks, Laura for four friendly help.... (Show more)

I have received excellent service from both the support staff and from the dental staff. Ivan worked most of the day yesterday to schedule three appointments that would work best for me. Dr.Sanchez and Miriam gave me great care at my dental appointment for two fillings. Numbed me up so I didn’t feel any pain. Dental Laser is a place I recommend to everyone I know in search of a great and affordable dentist.

Love the fact I live (Tucson) so close to the border and have access to this wonderful dental facility…..also, large family that come from far to get work done. Dr Angelica and staff have always worked in my best interest.

I only chose four stars because, after all, this is a dentist! However, as far as Dentists go, I highly recommend Dental Laser. I have put off having anything done to my teeth because of the pain. At Dental Laser, the doctors are very generous with pain management. Just walking into the office, my body went into stress mode. Shaking, sweating, shallow breathing, heart palpitations. Scheduled for two root canals, I believed that life as I knew it was over! Stress and fear was overwhelming. But the doctors and assistants did all they could to put me at ease (sort of). Then the procedures began. Two hours later… I was actually half smiling! (It would have been a broad smile, but half my face wasn’t responding.) That is a good thing! NO PAIN! I repeat, NO PAIN! They even used something that kept the residuals out of my mouth, (no need to rinse and spit!) and something to keep my jaw open so I didn’t have to hold my mouth open. Very relaxing compared to other dental visits. I have put off dental work for years, but after my experience, I am almost looking forward to getting my mouth fixed. Thank you Dental Laser!...
