I've been a client here for a few years, I can honestly say that the staff at Dental House are just lovely. Donna and Sarah on reception are very nice and will put you at ease. Great Service! I went in for a long due cleaning with Dr Helena and Laney, and had myself consulted for an implant by implant coordinator Ivanna. Both of them worked great together to deliver fast and effective solutions, Ivanna even adjusted the schedule to fit me in with a follow up appointment. Great team.... (Show more)

I had an overall very pleasant experience with Dr. Helena. She proved to be a very caring and efficient dentist. She always made sure to check I wasn't in too much pain and her and the dental nurse worked as a great team to get the job done.

I did cleaning and polish recently (May 2023), followed by a filling with Dr. Helena Brdej, and she’s the best dentist I’ve been to so far ❤️. She’s on point in diagnosing issues, and very kind when you’re in the dental chair, saying “open” super patiently even though it’s the umpteenth time. I had a great experience with this dentist. I’m usually very nervous when it comes to Dentists. I was greeted by Sarah and Donna at the reception. I think this alone settled my nerves. Sarah had me complete forms to make sure my prsi was claimed and was talking to me until I got to go into the dentist. He was really nice and made me feel relaxed. Had a wisdom tooth removal at Dental House Redmonds Hill and felt so well looked after. Ciara explained everything thoroughly and I felt absolutely nothing! The procedure was quick and pain free. Couldn't have gone better given the circumstances around removing a tooth!

I got my wisdom teeth out with Dr Rahman last week and I honestly can’t get over the care and professionalism of her whole team. Immediately when I walked in Naomi, Ivanna & Bianca just completely put me at ease. Spoke me through every step of the process, calmed my nerves and as far as tooth removal goes it was such a stress free process. All staff were respectful, helpful, friendly, competent and articulate. The facilities are ultra-modern and the atmosphere was relaxed - but professional. I highly recommend Dental House and, as Arnold says . . . "I'll be back!!" :-)

I attended Dental Care 3 weeks ago for t first time due to an emergency, My crown broke whilst eating my lunch, needless to say I was really stressed as it was a Friday!! Donna answered t phone and was really helpful when she heard my cry for Help. This response was so encouraging and I got to see T Dentist (Ciara) 2 hours later. Ciara was t Dental version of Donna, understanding informative and offered suggestions. I went for a temp plate as it wasn’t possible to repair. Donna offered todrive to t lab as my plate had to get there before close of business on Friday evening, in order for me to have the new plate the following Friday. Donna made it just in time and Ciara did a temp job on my bridge which lasted till the following Friday. I don’t think it’s possible to get better service across t board . So much so that I will probably go with Ciara and colleagues for implants to secure my future dental care.... (Show more)

I had the worst experience with Dental House! I have ordered retainers 3 times along 2 months and I never got them! I just waisted my time which was super limited (on maternity with a small baby) and that is the most frustrating part! The first time I had to go to have my mould and then come back to collect the retainers myself. They were loose, so they took a mould again and said they will send it via post on the next day. That was a Thursday and I called Thursday the following week to see where the retainers were and ask for the tracking number. No body could tell me anything and they were just saying to me that they need to investigate and will call me back what wasn't happening. So I had to call them everyday for 5 days to found out were the retainers were until they finally told me that they were lost. So I went again for 3rd time and they said over the phone to wait for them and they will make it for me within an hour so I would have to wait, which was fine. But on the day, they said that they can't do it and that they will post them. Again 2 weeks passed, nothing arrived, I had to call and chase again 2 times until they finally told me that they are lost again. I can't even explain how frustraigng is everything . DH was so unprofessional, they even didn't bother to call me to let me know, or call me back when i was chasing them, ask me to come back for 4th time when i live literally on the other side of the city and takes me over an hour to arrive. I have also a small baby that i needed to have a special arrangement to somebody take care of him and i specifically asked DH to please be super careful because it is very difficult for me to return again and leave my baby with somebody since my partner works. I waisted time and lost 2 months without retainers. Sara or Zara is the receptionist who was dealing with me most of the times and never called me back and also was quite rude last time i was there begging her to please send the retainers with tracking number because I wont be able to come back. Dreadful, absolutely horrible! Had to ask for a refund and hopefully will get it soon and not have to wait and chase for 2 more months!... (Show more)

Attended Dental house with severe pain just a few days before Christmas Eve. Nicole was great. Made me feel relaxed and sorted me out. Also Donna at the front desk was very helpful 👍 …

I have attended Dr Perry in the Dental house since November 2020 and I can highly recommend him and his team for their attention to detail and professionalism. Highly recommend 5⭐️
