Hello, of course it is usually not a pleasure to visit the dentist, but at Dental Europe at least everything is done to make it as pleasant as possible. Starting with the perfect travel planning including all necessary addresses and detailed description of the locations (practice, hotel, sights,...) Waiting times are avoided through perfect communication and, if necessary, information via smartphone about any delays. The practice is very well equipped and the staff is perfectly trained. The result is corresponding (I personally think it is excellent). I am very satisfied with Dr Horvath and his team. The implants are flawless and cause no problems. The other treatments are also good. The practice team is very friendly, helpful and professional.

For cost reasons, I was looking for an alternative to Swiss dentists. So I came across Dentaleurope on the internet. I then decided to have an examination at the practice in Oerlikon. Immediately after this examination, I was presented with a treatment plan including prices. Everything was explained to me in detail here. I also liked the fact that I was always presented with alternative treatment methods. I have now completed the treatment and everything went perfectly from A to Z. The treatment plan was always followed. This also applies to the costs. The cost estimate after the examination was ultimately the final price. Root canal treatment, implants (which, by the way, are from the same Swiss company that are used here) and wisdom teeth extraction, contrary to my expectations, everything went completely painlessly. The dentist Mr. Majténji and the surgeon Ms. Boka are real superstars. In general, the whole team. Ms. Füle organizes everything perfectly and the drivers who pick you up from the airport/take you to the airport are very friendly and always punctual. I started treatment at Dentaleurope for cost reasons. In the future, I will continue to do everything related to my teeth at Dentaleurope because I am really enthusiastic about the work they have done. I am perfectly at peace. From the first contact and the first visit in Zurich to the return trip to Budapest airport, everything was top notch. I would particularly like to emphasize the following points: - all-round care even outside the clinic - German speaking staff - Excellent work - nice clinic - great hotel suggestion - perfect private shuttle to the airport All in all, I am absolutely satisfied and can absolutely recommend this clinic. Update: Yesterday was my last day of treatment and the last crown was inserted. A lot has happened in the meantime. My strong tendency to grind was a challenge for the temporary solution, which earned me a few extra sessions in Zurich. Despite this additional effort, I was always welcomed in a courteous and friendly manner and treated excellently. The second week of treatment in Budapest was again very relaxed. Contrary to my expectations, the insertion of the implant was absolutely painless, so again a very pleasant experience. The fitting work and the final gluing were, as always, super pleasant. On the day of my return trip I went back for a final inspection and had a few areas re-sanded because they were bothering me, everything was completely problem-free... Over the next few weeks I slowly got used to the new crowns. However, I had a few problems with my new grinding splint which irritated the gums in places. After a WhatsApp I quickly had an appointment in Zurich where the problem was solved without any problems. The doctor even had time to make a few small adjustments to my crowns. Yes, I am a sensitive customer, but all my wishes were always fulfilled. My final conclusion: It was a great decision to have my teeth renovated at Dental Europe. I learned about the Dental Europe dental practice in Zurich (Switzerland) through acquaintances and I immediately decided to entrust my mother (67 years old, Italian) to the hands of Dr. Majtényi. Let me start by saying that the starting situation was more than complex. After approx. 6 years of suffering and a lot of money spent, my mom literally started smiling again. The estimate given to you seemed honest and everything was carried out as planned, taking into account your wishes and needs. Special thanks go to Mrs. Füle who took care of the entire administrative part (including flight and hotel), breaking down linguistic barriers thanks to her knowledge of the Italian language. Thank you Dental Europe for taking such good care of me from the whole team. I was able to get a great treatment in my twilight sleep at low cost and, most importantly, for me. Everything worked out wonderfully. From the preliminary examination to the planned trip, with a super good hotel (NH City Hotel) all appointments in the practice. The treatment was TOP. I would love to go to Dr. again. Szilvia Kalmár She has gained my trust & that is not easy. The dental hygienist also did a great job for me. They all always understood me, spoke German very well, so acute and additional treatments could also be carried out. Which is also a super plus from Dental Europe. I would also like to say a big thank you and compliment to the customer service representative, Ms. Füle. She always answered my concerns quickly and in a timely manner. I've never had such a positive experience, either in CH or DE. Also to mention, I'm not the travel type at all and I'm very skeptical about the stay. Hello I had a big "dental project" in front of me: all teeth were to be crowned (with zirconium crowns). There was first a consultation appointment in February 2022 in Zurich, during which an x-ray was taken. Dr. med. dent Zsolt Majtényi then explained to me what the treatment plan would be. I have to honestly admit that I hesitated for a few months after that, because you don't do something like that every day. Then, in November 22, I plucked up the courage and made another appointment in Zurich. I then confirmed that I wanted to do it. From this point on I was well looked after, especially by Ms Füle. She gave me flight and hotel suggestions. After I booked the flights she took care of the hotel. In total, the treatment plan called for 2 stays in Budapest: 5 days in January 2023 and then another 8 days in March/April. Everything went smoothly on both stays. I really had the feeling at all times that Dr. med. dent Zsolt Majtényi knows what he is doing. He is a professional. I have seen completely different dentists who claimed to be the best in their field. This particularly affects the dentists in Germany near the border, who until now have only been out to take money out of my pocket. The schedule was adhered to exactly and the quality of the work was top notch. My wishes were also taken into account (natural-looking, white teeth). The dental technician also did a really good job here. I don't regret doing it. It looks great and after a few days I no longer had any pain. Of course it costs something, but compared to Swiss prices it is significantly lower. And you also have to invest some time, patience and "courage" - of course you don't just lie in the dentist's chair for 10 minutes. But: if you want to be beautiful, you have to suffer ;). I have been to Hungary 3 times for dental treatment. I received excellent care, surgery and very fair and competent advice. The practice is very modern and the people are well trained. I was also very satisfied with the hotel. All in all, I can only recommend Dental Europe!
