dr. Knego is really a master of her craft and has a great, relaxed team. In just 10 days I fixed something that I struggled with for more than 20 years and I am very satisfied with the quality and aesthetics. I'm only sorry that I didn't come across that center and Dr. Knego before.

Extremely bad experience. Poor quality and everything was done for a lot of money. After a month, the complete work started to fall out one tooth at a time every week. I wouldn't wish the pain I went through there on anyone, not even on my worst enemy. Without any empathy for the pain. Aesthetically also bad, muddy colors, prints made without threads, tense atmosphere, absolute ignorance of my work, presentation of incorrect information.... They work without an invoice, based on offers, they issued me an invoice only after disagreements and pointing out the extremely poorly done work! it was most bad expirience in mi life what you must know abaut that place it all abaut money you will not best solution they will offer you most esy way for them they instal braces with out prepering me for that and mi agrement on the chair Profesor tell me after 30 min what she do that it BRACES on top of that in the midle of december sou crismas new yeatr blode pain and complekt of problems was bonus like new year gift ! after i ask other specialist take them off after 1.5 month in clinik they push mi same person who put must take it off and hir is why when in the end i say no i have no trust to your clinic and change place ther was sever fundamental problems what was shoking for doktor who take them off ! i must admin ther was sever doktors in that clinik who was very good how ever keep in mind ! 1. if you pay card they ask 5% more ??? ask they make bill and pay with bank transfer ! 2. no mather what they tell you go to 2-3 other places for other opinion specialy when it case abaut braces i wash shok how that places give most bad consulatation and very limited information it just out of any standarts ! 3 . you must keep in mind they think you must know all alredy your self and when mi braces was broken and i ask why nobody tell me that thinks esy broke unswer IT SIMPLE YOU SHUD KNOW IT CAN BE BROKEN ! all unswer for all other question have same unswer ! 4 why will be problem ther will be no polite conversation they will not lisen you and just ther is no dialog ! 5 find other place i was after in 7 cliniks and i can say custumer servise and atitude hir was most bad lets good location and nice interior will not confjuz you that place play clink but it big deferense betwen be and pretend P.S. when i read negative feetback lower with one star i can with 2 hands up say i have same impresion and after mi conversansation with doktor i sow same pictures same atitude it shame that people working ( 2 month later 18.08.2022) you can notice company dont replay mi negative expirience what alredy show attitude but mi sekretar get call from clinic where we get know that profesor have emotional brake down because of mi Review dear profesor when i come to you speak abaut mi problem you say you dont see point and after Review you have emtionall brake dow what i can say you deserve it! also we get inform that clinik thinking abaut taking loyar and go to COURT because of the negative Review !!!... A month ago, Dr. Ela solved my pain called 'two amalgams'. I am finally living without constant pressure in my jaw and forehead. Amalgans were removed with the help of cofferdams, as I requested, with a previously made orthopan and its analysis. A young and ambitious team that knows its job. I recommend it to everyone!...
