Dear Edgardo, we have verified our PATIENT database and you are NOT listed in any way, simply because you did NOT come to the Clinic as a PATIENT, but as a SELLER and WITHOUT an appointment. He only showed up to "sell" the services of Qualitat Lab Dental of Mijas, to which we responded briefly but politely that we were not interested because we already have a service from a very efficient and professional Swedish prosthetic laboratory for many years. We spoke briefly and treated him with the same respect as all the people who come to our clinic: patients, suppliers, salespeople, whether Spanish, Argentine or from anywhere in the world. When you came WITHOUT AN APPOINTMENT, Doctor Stefan was attending to an EMERGENCY patient in the office and the Assistant had to be in the office "assisting" the Doctor, as is logical. YOU DID NOT HAVE ANY DENTAL NEED OR URGENCY. He just wanted to sell us his services and those of his wife Cristina Renedo Riquero on DENTAL MARKETING (?). Our patients' EMERGENCIES have had "PRIORITY 1A" at the Idea Dental Clinic for more than 20 years on the Costa del Sol and thousands of patients can attest that this is the case. Your comment about "the good manners of these people" is hurtful to say the least, since we have as respectable an education and people skills as anyone else. We get the feeling that you don't accept "NO" for an answer, no matter the reason, no matter how reasonable and true it may be. We also note that from his Gmail account, he NEVER made any contribution or review in any business, EXCEPT FOR THE NEGATIVE AND FALAZE REVIEW he made about us. We remember perfectly that his last words when he left our Clinic were: "You are missing it!" The truth is that it sounded disrespectful since it is supposed to represent a serious Company, don't you think Edgardo?
