I visited doctor Mimori, she's really nice and professional, not to mention that she's really good with her job. I went for a normal check-up thinking that it was normal that some of my teeth were hurting when I eat something sweet or cold, but doctor Mimori did a really intensive check-up and was looking thoroughly to every one of my teeth and she found out the reasons behind the pain. I was here for dental hygiene. I was very satisfied with the work of the doctor and the procedure was painless. Pleasant family atmosphere.

I called this clinic saying that I already need several acute treatments, but at the moment I cannot register with them because I am still registered elsewhere. Where the doctor drilled a healthy tooth without my knowledge and consent and apparently damaged the canals, I have been in pain ever since, but they illegally terminated my records there. The problem is that they have not yet passed the 3-month period after which the patient can re-register elsewhere. The Fadent clinic understood this and gave me an appointment. During my visit, they informed me that they cannot register me for the above reason, so I will have to pay for the consultation today. I agreed to that and naively thought that I would only pay if someone finally treated me. However, during the consultation, it became clear that Dr. Rodová is not interested in my treatment and is just looking to get rid of me. On their website, Fadent presents itself as a clinic providing highly professional and precise services, all using an operating microscope - caries treatment, endodontics, implants, etc. But she did not offer me any of this, although she acknowledged that some teeth would need endodontics and caries treatment . From which she finally got out by saying that I need an increase in my bite and I should find some specialized workplace. But is it necessary to increase the bite to simply replace the filling or treat the canals?? I can't afford the total reconstruction of my teeth at a cost of over half a million, so I'm supposed to die of tooth inflammation, because no one wants to marry me even with a bad cavity? In the end, they agreed to treat one caries under seal and also ordered me to see a specialist, Dr. Poborský. However, after I left, they immediately canceled these dates via SMS saying that I am not registered with them!! At the same time, it was from the beginning - they already knew it during my phone call and still invited me for a consultation. Before the consultation, they warned me that I did not have registration and that I would have to pay. They didn't mind taking 1190 CZK from me (in the price list they have "from 915", which can mean anything from 915 CZK upwards and I don't know how they determine it). So they obviously only wanted to take my money and then get rid of me right away. In addition, it is not true at all that the patient must have a registration everywhere he is treated. I talked to the insurance company about it on the phone the day before. They can treat him anywhere with anything, it just doesn't apply to entrance or preventive examinations and that's where I paid. And the treatment itself is paid by the patient almost completely out of his own pocket, so the argument that I am not registered with them is an excuse. They didn't even give me any written medical report, when I called the next day, I was told that nothing was being done. So I paid that kind of money and they didn't even give me a paper or any evaluation of the examination. Where are the days when the patient came to the dentist and he treated him with whatever he needed. Today, they only rely on entrance examinations everywhere, where these often do not even fulfill their purpose, but only serve as a quick method of enrichment for dentists. While the patient leaves untreated. I cannot comment on the expertise of other doctors working at this clinic, as I have not seen them. I went to Dr.Rodova for a filling and the treatment was absolutely painless. She is very professional and highly skilled at her job!

I can only recommend. Everyone is very nice, pleasant and caring. The doctor explained everything to me in detail and the procedure was absolutely painless. 5 stars is not enough.

I don't recommend at all this clinic. They took 100 euros just to tell me that I need to come back for another revision. They are nice and polite but just that.

Dr. Rodová helped me tremendously, and thanks to your doctor, I have excellent, white fillings. My grandmother, as a former dentist, even praised it, how it is now beautifully clean and the cavities are now gone thanks to it. I definitely recommend this office. I'm sure it's worth investing in your teeth. Dr. Rodová is very sympathetic and open to patients, so it helped me a lot personally.... (Show more)

They definitely deserve full marks. They are professional and patient. It took just almost only half an hour to get my teeth filled. Best of all, they do speak English.

I got to the FADENT dental clinic years ago through dental hygiene and registered there at the same time. Thanks to the treating doctors and, in recent years, especially MUDr. Poborský I (almost) stopped being afraid of dental treatment. All the staff are very empathetic, kind and always try to find the optimal solution, whether it is a procedure or just ordering prevention. The last time I was convinced of this was this weekend during the acute treatment performed by MUDr. Lippertová - I thank her for this. I highly recommend this clinic!... (Show more)
