I will leave a negative review about this place. I contacted the clinic for tooth extraction, delivery of a crown for an implant, cleaning and routine dental examination. To be fair, it should be noted that the tooth extraction went very well. There were no complaints about the doctor. After cleaning, my gums bled a lot, the doctor rather rudely informed me that I had a huge amount of tartar and that’s why I was bleeding. The most interesting thing began at the stage of placing the crown on the implant. The crown was made of a different material and did not fit into place at all. The doctor (who is also the director of the clinic) spent 1.5 hours grinding the crown literally on his knee, persuading me to accept the job. When I refused to accept the work, arguing that I had ordered a different material and the crown would not fit into place, the doctor began to speak frankly rudely and be rude. I made the crown in a different place. During a routine examination of my teeth, they did not notice a small cyst, but at the same time they found a non-existent caries. The administrators and staff of the clinic are polite only if there are no complaints on your part. In case of any problems, they begin to openly be rude and rude.
