Dental Clinic Dr. Cantor

I have been the patient of Mr. Dr. several times over the years. I don't live in Romania, but every time I go "home" I also make regular visits to the clinic. Scheduling by phone - super fast Consultation - fast and efficient Pleasant atmosphere, knows how to reduce my post-traumatic stress (after other unpleasant experiences) And last but not least, the quality of the works. To avoid

In these comments I will try to limit myself to the facts. I have no experience with the other doctors who work in this clinic, only with Dr. Cantor, to whom I requested an appointment. I made an appointment with Dr. Cantor within a few days. The list of appointments was short, practically I could make an appointment any day. This made me happy, because I wanted a quick intervention on a table with an old seal, which had developed a black spot somewhere in the back area. Looking at it, the doctor said that it just seems to me, and that there is no caries there, just an effect of the light in that area. He still found 2 other caries, which I had not seen. However, he suggested that I come in 2-3 months to take care of them, because there is no rush. But don't delay more than 6 months. The doctor then told me that he had nothing to do with me that day and he did not need to do any work, because he had money. The exact (and striking) expression was "that I have money". In the end, seeing that I was a bit reluctant to get up without any intervention, he suggested that we take care of sanitation, removing the tartar. I asked him to anesthetize my lower teeth, because I knew they were very sensitive to ultrasound. He assured me that the dance has special tools that will not cause problems, but for my peace of mind, he gave me a local anesthetic in the form of a spray. By the time he came with the necessary instruments from another office, making several trips, the anesthesia had already begun to no longer be at its maximum efficiency. Not that it was very important in my case, because it wasn't the gums that needed numbing. (I mention that the doors open with the handle. The gloves were not changed when returning to the office.) When he started to work, he realized that I was right about the sensitivity of the teeth, he worked for a few seconds manually (without ultrasound) on the teeth and then quickly moved on to the masses, which are a little less sensitive to me. He also worked on them for 2-3 minutes, and moved on to the professional brushing. I then went to the house, where the doctor told the cashier "complete descaling" or something to that effect. This time I don't remember the words perfectly. However, he turned from the door of a cabinet to tell them to charge me less, and suggested 200 lei. I paid, because I still didn't know exactly how my teeth looked (I didn't have access and I didn't ask for access to a mirror). The tongue was also slightly numb and therefore I could not definitely feel the specific effects of descaling. I suspected, however, that it could not be an exceptional work, considering the time allotted. I hope it will be acceptable. Once in the car, I was able to use the rearview mirror. The tartar on the front teeth was still there. I didn't come back to ask for the money back or anything else. I don't like the scandal. Instead, I made an appointment with the doctor where I usually go, but where the appointment is made in 2-3 weeks. Dansa found that, as I suspected, I have a cavity under the old seal. No other decay. Descaling needed, which he just performed ~1 hour ago. The teeth are now perfectly clean, the gum is slightly receded on the lower front teeth, something that can of course be noticed after proper cleaning. So if you ask me to go to Dr. Cantor, my answer is categorically NO! EDIT: In case it is suspected that I am confusing dental offices, the office is located in Ploiesti, between the tram line 101 and the church of St. Vincent. My name is definitely in the appointment book, because it was checked if I had an appointment when I arrived at the office. First-class unprofessionalism, I do not recommend! The doctor there has nothing in common with dentistry, he has two left hands. And he made fun of the work that was done in the scarp. He was not able to put even 3 fillings with a sense of responsibility, applying them without properly cleaning the cavities. He talks a lot and miserably thinking he's funny. Disgusting!... Shame on Ms. Cantor's staff! As well as dancing (the young one)! I had an emergency with my daughter, she being the patient of the dance... and the doctor didn't even have the good sense to consult her or at least leave her office to see what it was all about! It is honestly one of the best clinics I have visited (and there have been many)! The services are of high quality, it is very clean, the doctor speaks to you extremely nicely and calmly, and everything is explained to you! Score 1000!
