I gave more than 5k for treatment, as the quality turned out to be questionable. In addition, there is no special professionalism, there used to be a woman at the reception who ran the whole office and she was great, now I have been waiting for 20 minutes and there is no one to see if there are any people waiting. Apart from taking your money, they can't do anything else! One of their fillings, which was replaced less than a year and a half later! On my last visit to do a filling they wanted to clean tartar otherwise they didn't do fillings. They wanted to replace all the amalgam fillings because they were old! According to their accounts, 3000 BGN will be the pleasure! My current dentist didn't notice any tartar, but on examination for it, he said it didn't need cleaning, and it hasn't been cleaned in 10 years! I have been using Clinic Botev for quite a few years now and return each time I am in Varna. They have state of the art equipment, speak English and always make me feel welcome. I have periodontitis and his team monitor my condition and movement through x-rays and will be performing laser treatment in October 2018.
