In a word you are superlative. I read a review that says that the prices are the same as in Italy (false) I am an Italian citizen and I can say that the prices in Italy are much, much higher than the Arena clinic in Zagreb.. I'm doing some work and I can say that I'm at CSSA with all the clinic staff...super kind, competent and professional...everyone speaks the Italian language and you feel like you're at home without talking about the super comfortable journey impeccable accommodation, excellent cleanliness and beautiful accommodation, practically nothing was missing. I experienced it as a small holiday without stress and with the desire to return to finish the work started. I have been using the services of the Arena Polyclinic for four years and I must say that both the professionalism and courtesy of all the staff are exceptional.
Considering my age, I thought I shouldn't burden the doctors. And if the whole procedure had not worked, I would not have been unhappy about it. And I am happy that everything was beyond my expectations thanks to both doctors and their associates. They did everything perfectly.
I got in touch with various clinics in Zagreb but ARENA seemed to be the most suitable clinic for my needs. I arrived unprepared but I immediately felt at ease. The kind driver is a very professional and nice person, the reception girls are very kind and helpful and above all attentive. I couldn't ask for anything better from the comfortable, clean accommodation near the clinic.
