Was referred here as a kind of emergency patient because I had severe bleeding after wisdom tooth surgery and could no longer find an open jaw surgeon. I was taken care of immediately and without waiting and my bleeding was monitored - very grateful that the practice was able to help me so spontaneously... (Show more)

Appointments are constantly being canceled and new appointments cannot be found promptly, which is a shame. The treatments, if they took place, were fine. Friendly.

Addendum: Now the health insurance company has even reported that the implants were billed far too high (double the amount compared to the average) and that I should ask for an inspection. Well, I doubt whether this will happen without legal action. I have been a real fan of the dental center so far: great work in all respects. BUT today's call from the dental center in response to my request for an invoice audit revealed extremely worrying abysses: Not only did the lady on the phone not allow anything to be explained (she immediately interrupted you), she even became abusive and insulting at the end (hopefully the phone call was recorded), completely surreal... Oh yes: Calling yourself doesn't work because the automatic telephone announcement and management is set up completely incorrectly. Opening hours have been drastically reduced and are probably only working in emergency mode. After 10 years, the dental center is insolvent, the MVZ is dissolved and insolvency proceedings have been opened. Very surprising considering the prices. High prices, dentists who still have a lot to learn, chic does not equal quality. Let's see what comes next... Addendum: Thank you for your answer - the investor-run MVZ was the successful model - big, chic, new. A lack of staff leads to less sales; the MVZ has been working under extreme opening hours for years and can hardly find any more staff. When you belong to a group, you fall and stand with it. The Pankow Dental Center was very expensive, especially compared to practices in the district. There was no response to criticism of incorrect billing. Wait for 3 months to get 20 minutes termin

I'm horrified!!! You want to cancel an appointment and just can't get through 👎👎why??? Honestly...over 35 minutes on hold and over 30 attempts...what's the point?? Preferably no stars!! But not for the doctors, they are top👍👍 …

Absolute disaster! Long waiting times, lack of responsibilities, poor treatment results, very high bills... More pain than before... no insight and solution-oriented communication possible... not recommended...

Mr. Faraj is a great dentist. Always works green and quickly but also takes time and listens. I feel very safe with him. He's super friendly too! I can only recommend!

Overpriced and poor, aggressive teeth cleaning. During the teeth cleaning, a piece of the bridge broke off and caused excruciating pain in the days that followed. Further help was refused, the mistake was denied and it was recommended to look for a new dentist. Absolutely not recommended. You can tell that the doctors treating you are only employees and have no business losing out on the good reputation of their practice. Unfortunately it is not possible to reach the team by phone. You don't get a response to emails either. A pity…. The service used to be better.

The quality has lost a lot in the last year. Bills different than discussed, strange explanations, appointments kept canceled, poor accessibility, unfriendly, waiting time, prophylactic assistant prefers to work without equipment that is good, but for which she would first have to go looking in the many rooms here (her words). Third or fourth doctor in a year. My daughter's pediatric dentist rattles everything off, paying little attention to the child (3 years old)... Frightening! I am extremely satisfied in the dental center and feel very well looked after, especially in the prophylactic department, Ms. Weise's teeth cleaning is a real wellness treatment, afterwards it feels smooth and clean, at the end the lips are cared for and you also get lots of things Tips for at home.

The doctors are very friendly and competent, but I have never been treated as harshly and unfriendly on the phone as I was at this practice, and more than once.

Really good, incredibly professionally built, very modern concept. So far I have only met very friendly and capable staff. You just feel like you're in really good hands. Plus the fact that we have specialists in every subject under one roof. Sensitive and well-explained treatment. What more do you want. For me it's a top address when it comes to teeth.
