I came to the first information session with fear and shame and couldn't believe that anything could be done with the rest of my teeth. Miss Dr. Stimac took me on this little journey of dental renovation, the offer was more than fair. She provided me with her top people who supported me with their knowledge, skills and remarkable feeling and sensitivity. The result is a fantastic work of art, they gave me back my smile AND they took away my fear of the dentist. I was at Štimac and I can say that I am very satisfied with the end result and of course with the entire staff who proved to be kind and competent, and I would like to single out Dr. Matlekovic who was in charge of me the most. Otherwise, I had several crowns and veneers done on my lower jaw I also had a few things done to get healthy teeth and a beautiful smile. All recommendations :)... (Show more)

Congratulations to Dr. Anja Profozić. Done very thoroughly, high quality and above all painless. Definitely recommended to everyone who is afraid of the dentist and has problems with their teeth.

He wanted to be treated, but left disappointed after a cold short conversation with the head doctor. She tried to explain to me that dental treatment requires a lot of knowledge, so they call their external colleague from the university for such things, who is very expensive. Kudos to the nurse who saw me off after the examination. The location and equipment are superb, but I could tell right away that treatment is not their priority.... (Show more)

The doctor spent half an hour placing the mold for a regular filling, which is normally placed in a minute. In doing so, she bled my flesh and said that she could not put a filling because the flesh was bleeding and put a temporary filling on me. The temporary filling fell out immediately at home while brushing my teeth. I do not recommend horror to anyone. Avoid in a wide arc. I used to go to a great doctor who no longer works with them. I have to edit my review a bit. I still think positively about this dental medicine, but there are a few small things that should be worked on. As for Dr. Sara, she is really for 5 and I still think so. Furthermore, I came to other doctors for check-ups and I used to wait 35 minutes after my appointment. I received an apology, but I still think it's too much to wait 35 minutes for an examination. Work on it a little. I also had a question about the warranty, 3 people did not know how to answer that question. I received the answer by e-mail a week after I reminded them. However, I think that these are small things and it is nothing terrible, but considering the quality of your service, you can improve it a little. That's my impression. In the Štimac center, I worked on a zircon ceramic bridge and 2 implants in the 2nd month of this year - within 5 days of placing the prosthetics, I emailed them twice and asked that the prosthetics be removed because it bothers me, it jams under the bridge, the crowns are too big and too heavy. they don't have the look or shape of natural teeth, the bridge makes wounds on my cheek - for Dr. Prpić it's a "light wound" and the mucous membrane will recover.. Dr. Maja Jagodić Štimac, whom I asked to see me because of poorly made prosthetics and to remove them so that they could temporarily protect my bridge-bearing teeth, assures me that it is best for me to leave everything as it is (I traveled to Germany right after that for 3 months) and that she will explain to Dr. Prpić what to do about what bothers me... I trust her, because after all she has over 30 years of experience and is an excellent diagnostician with 30,000 satisfied patients, as they already write - she would surely recognize that the prosthetics are poorly made and when she says that I have to adapt to all that, then I guess that's the case because I'm just a patient after all and they're all experts who also have the latest technology, I shouldn't worry about what I feel.. 🤔 on the day I traveled, the doctor shortened my bridge to such an extent that it doesn't look like anything anymore 😡 2 weeks after the installation of the bridge, the gums above it swelled and became distorted, and I'm out of Croatia 😥- the sores on my cheek constantly continue to appear because the spike from the bridge pokes me in the cheek when I speak or eat, I feel a pulsation under the bridge as always - nervous that's why I'm going crazy...I'm losing weight and I don't need to emphasize how much it all causes me stress...I write to them and send a picture of the surrounding gums above the bridge and ask what's happening to me and what to do, and I get an answer (from their director who I've never seen) and only after a week that they did everything according to the rules of the profession, and that it's an unaesthetic zone where they, as a rule, don't augment - I get neither "a" nor "b", no advice on what to do and how can I help myself..😱 Not to mention that I can't eat on the side where the bridge is..so, horror..probably because they think that it is an unaesthetic, rear area. At the first examination, Dr. Filip Štimac did not have to explain to me how the bridge will be installed and how everything will to look together - he told me "take it easy, you will find out everything" (the whole conversation was focused on the installation of the implant in the lower jaw). ..with all that pain, the crown on the implant that is in the lower jaw is pressing against my neighboring tooth and I feel constant pressure on it..🤬 Upon returning to Croatia, in 07/07/2023. I replaced the zirconia crown on the implant and removed that horror from the bridge - I was shocked that under the bridge my gums became white and somewhat uneven..no trace of how it looked before.. I had to put a temporary, plastic bridge until I decide what to do next.. I don't understand how they have so many good reviews, because despite the fact that Dr. Prpić herself messed up in taking the impression and the resulting modifications, their dental technicians obviously do not have enough experience in processing zircon ceramic crowns, so I got a molar and a premolar without the 4 tips with which the food crushing and what natural teeth have, and on the inside all 4 members of the bridge were joined into one whole - I couldn't figure out where which tooth was under the tongue😓 Due to all of the above, I absolutely do not recommend this polyclinic to those who are thinking about installing a bridge in the back region, because it is obvious that their manager invests a lot of money in marketing but not in the people who work there, so I, at least, got the impression that they really specialists in all areas of their activities, but in fact they are mediocre dentists (at least the ones I have met) who, through carefully refined marketing, have profiled themselves as the most popular polyclinic in Zagreb (if not in Croatia). ..this way, at least I, in addition to shock, pain, nervousness and lost nerves, have lost, for now, my money (because they are still convinced that they did everything according to the "rules of the profession") invested in the Štimac center, as well as my trust in dentists and that shouldn't be anyone's goal..too real.. Great experience. Doctor Kristian Tadić is really wonderful. I normally have panic attacks, and he managed to calm me down... he explained every step, warned me about everything, made sure I didn't feel the slightest bit of pain, the way he communicates is really wonderful.
