Dental center Kavident

The clinic is good, but only in terms of interior and equipment. The dentists I have visited do not meet the expectations for professionalism. I am disappointed with Doctor Tsvetanova and Doctor Sandalov. After 2 unsuccessful attempts, Tsvetanova did not cope with the treatment of my tooth, she referred me to Sandalov, who told me that in order to solve the problem, he must make 2 crowns, kill a healthy tooth, and we solve the problem for 1800 BGN. I looked for another opinion in another clinic, where it turned out that crowns are not needed at all and they solved the problem for the amount of 100 BGN.... (Show more)

I visited the dental clinic and was pleasantly surprised! The nice atmosphere of the place put me at ease and reassured me that I was in good hands. The specialists there are truly exceptional professional, attentive and with great skills. I recommend to anyone looking for reliability and quality

I was extremely unpleasantly surprised, after the amount of BGN 170 was requested by the health fund for 2 caries of an 8-year-old child, despite the fact that I had asked about the price in advance and was told an amount of BGN 1.80 (to be paid extra)! Complete fraud! Very unpleasant !

I was in Sofia for a few months and had the opportunity to visit the clinic, Dr. Teodora Tsvetanova worked with me and I don't have enough words in my vocabulary to describe how pleasant and relaxing the whole experience was! The work and customer service was good but for Bulgaria they charged me an extortionate amount of money and I had not know the price as they let me know after the procedure

Exceptional specialists! They gave me back my hope that you can find quality dentists in Bulgaria. I recommend with both hands! :)

I would say good costumer service and that's about it. There is no quality with the work they provided me with, especially for their prices. I'm re-doing the overpriced crowns you put on my mouth and getting proper dental cleaning within the US. You obviously don't know how to do proper job with it. I took the risk with few treatments in your clinic and it was not the right choice for me. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. Awful esthetic job. Also, the male version of the "doctor" in your office should definitely go back to school to learn professionalism and common sense.
