I do not recommend this clinic, because here you can be killed, namely in the person of Dr. Tanev. This is what happened in my case. I signed up for the clinic one month in advance, having previously undergone a preliminary examination, and Dr. Tanev planned endodontic treatment with a microscope for several appointments in advance, but I never saw the microscope. When I got to the first appointment with the doctor, he opened the tooth and root canals, and when I asked where the microscope was, the doctor answered that he already sees everything without a microscope. After the first appointment, I was required to pay immediately 380 leva as for the already completed treatment / re-treatment of the canals. The doctor left the tooth and the canals open, because he said that there was an infection and there should be an outflow, but according to all modern and international protocols, you can’t leave the tooth open, since there is a very high probability that the infection gets there already through the canals, not to mention food, and etc. The next day, at an appointment with Dr. Tanev, I told him that my gums and cheek around this tooth were very sore, to which he replied that this was normal, walked through the channels with some object, and prescribed an antibiotic. The next day there was a very severe pain and the doctor again made some manipulations with the open root canals and again said that this was normal. Every day I felt worse and worse and painkillers no longer helped me. I again came to the doctor with a huge swollen cheek, to which the doctor replied that everything was fine and it should be so that the outflow of pus would be through open channels, but this did not happen. To the question from me to the doctor that it is necessary to put drainage in the gum, Dr. Tanev pierced my gum twice with a non-sterile instrument that is intended for preliminary examination or for cleaning stones, but is not at all intended for surgical intervention, without doing any preliminary surface preparation, but all these manipulations did not help. Some of the pus came out, but it was not drainage, and it was not only ineffective, but Dr. Tanev put my life at risk. On the same day I went to the doctor as I was getting worse and worse. I asked the doctor that maybe he was doing something wrong and he needed to consult with other doctors, to which the doctor answered that it should be so, he was right in everything and in general if I don’t like something, I can go to another clinic. On the same day, I received consultations from professional clinics in Ukraine and Israel with a full description of the situation, and the doctors were simply shocked by the number of mistakes and unprofessional actions that Dr. Tanev made. They advised me to urgently change the doctor to someone more professional, since this doctor is as incompetent as possible in what he does and the mistakes he makes can cost me my life. The next day I was forced to go to another clinic in another city, as I was getting worse and worse. There, despite the workload of the doctor, I was provided with emergency care and an emergency operation was performed with the installation of drainage and the installation of a temporary filling. The nurse who helped the doctor said that in all her many years of practice she had not seen so much pus from one place. They were all shocked by the state with which I came to them. Unfortunately, due to the mistakes made by Dr. Tanev, I could not save the tooth and it was removed because the sepsis had gone too far. When my condition stabilized, I turned to the O.SEM Clinic to the general manager, Krustjo Krastev, so that they would at least return the money for the unproven treatment, for which I paid on the very first day, but I was refused. Moreover, I did not even receive an apology from the chief manager, Krastyo Krastev, and from Dr. Tanev himself, about the incident that almost cost me my life. Hello! Three visits to the O.SEM dental center in Burgas, stress and horror after these visits. 1) Dr. Bochkova: I asked to save a cracked chewing tooth. But without an x-ray, she first shook and crumbled the tooth, refused to save it, and ended up removing my tooth. 2) Dr. Petrov: He treated the caries well. BUT all the time there was a discordant and biased approach to me. When paying, there was a glitch in the system and the NAP registration with my number did not work, the doctor began to comment that it was I who had not paid the contributions to the NAP, but that’s all My payment receipts are correct. There is a lot of stress from such communication. 3) Dr. Pidgorn: I had a consultation and listened to the recommendations. They did not take a general dental x-ray. No complaints. I am super unhappy! I am outraged how it is possible to stand for 1 hour or more waiting for an x-ray, and the people who come after you go through the x-ray before you! I am very happy with the service provided by the office, about as state of the art and clean as it can be. I had a root canal on a rear moral, took 4 visits total, about 1 hrs each. Dr. Hristov was very precise and skilled.

We are very satisfied with the service, everyone is very kind and welcoming. I am delighted with Doctor Talyat and her approach to children. O.SEM is the best clinic in the city of Burgas!

The clinic is modern, clean and very presentable. I chose this particular clinic based on advertising, reviews on the Internet, because of the wide range of various dental services and the presence of two branches in the city of Burgas. The equipment and quality of drugs are at a good level, dental services are also provided at a high professional level. The disadvantage and weakness of the clinic is the organization and planning of the treatment process, which entails significant additional costs of time and money. I made an appointment in advance with the wonderful doctor Ivan Stamboliev to install the first implant in my life. He asked me to assign dates for visits to plan my time on vacation and plan expenses. I was given only one day to install the implant, so I planned my vacation after the appointed date and booked tickets and a hotel in another city. Only a few days before the appointed date I was told that I needed to come to the clinic to have my teeth cleaned before installing the implant. Only after installing the implant, the doctor scheduled 2 additional visits for examination and another visit after 2 weeks to remove the sutures. With this approach and organization, I had to change my vacation plans and incur significant material costs since I was not properly informed in advance.... (Show more)
