The attitude was very good, the doctor explained carefully and predisposed the child! The cabinet is really great! But BGN 100. for children's examination! Without doing any intervention! Absolute ROBBERY! It's good that the teeth are healthy 😁 We won't do it again for sure! I rate not 1 star, but a few MINUS stars, only because of the insane price for a 10 minute examination with a really good approach and disposition of the child!... (Show more)
Professional attitude, precision and patience when treating a patient, high-tech equipment! I recommend with 5 stars for healthy teeth.
It is written that there is a doctor on duty who works on weekends. Actually everything is closed
I am extremely satisfied with the attitude and professionalism of Dr. Nikolaev and Dr. Uzunova. I recommend!

Dr. Atanasova has my wisdom teeth removed and I have had several more visits with her for wound washes. Two weeks after the extraction, the pain persisted and I noticed that swollen red tissue had appeared in the hole. I contacted the doctor who did my teeth before I moved to Sofia and he said that this is not normal. I went to Dr. Atanasova again, and without explaining anything, she said that this is normal and that the hole is closed and no food will enter. A week later the pus continues to flow from there, I went to another surgeon who told me that this is definitely not normal and most likely there is something left after the extraction that is causing the pain and pus. After almost a month of pain and a festering wound, I'm going to have a picture taken and they're going to open my hole up again to remove whatever's left inside. On the other hand, at least Dr. Bacheva is a great specialist and I haven't had a single problem with her.... (Show more)
We paid 70 BGN for looking into a panoramic photo and “advice” on what needs to be done further without any manipulation. No price of the initial check up was mentioned over the phone when booking the appointment. Strongly don’t recommend
Dr. Leonid Nikolaev is disgusting! I was shocked by his attitude... I would never go to this doctor again.

I have been a client of the clinic for 3 years and have always been very satisfied with the care provided. This month, I made an appointment for a scaling, and it was not the usual dentist who took care of me. At the first appointment the dentist came half an hour late. I had brought an x-ray of a tooth that was hurting and he refused to look at it and give a diagnosis. At the second appointment for polishing I was again forced to wait, and to my great surprise when I went to the dental office the dentist was checking messages on his mobile and made 2 phone calls in my presence. The quality of the care left much to be desired, as the dentist and his assistant were not very careful in handling the dental suction device and the scaling/polishing tool, which caused inflammation under my tongue. I never had this kind of problem with the previous dentist. I am extremely disappointed. The service and the poor reception are no longer up to the standard of the clinic.... (Show more)

I recently decided that I should also take advantage of the affordability and quality of beauty treatments that I am lucky enough to have at the clinic. Thanks to them, I was able to refresh my appearance and bring back the me from a few years ago. I am pleasantly surprised and extremely satisfied!
