Her professional license number is 4500294. She was awarded the recognition through a title called "Dr. Carlos Alfredo Gonzalez" granted by the Veracruz University of Dental Surgeons. This honor is given only once per graduating year.She achieved an Honorable Mention Certificate in establishing her own personal research in Dental Erosion.
Everyone was very nice and efficient. Made me very comfortable getting a root canal with such caring dentist.
I had a chipped tooth, searched Google and chose the clinic. So very glad I did. I had all the dental work done I have been trying to get done in US. Plus some I didn't know I needed. Besides fixing the chipped tooth I had 2 decayed wisdom teeth pulled (it was totally pain free- during and after),. I grind my teeth, had a night guard made and the worn teeth fixed. My experience at Dental Care Cozumel was wonderful. Months before arriving to Mexico the Dra. Yazmin and I communicated via WhatsApp, I explained to her my situation, sent picture of a chart of the work that had been recommended to me by my dentist in the states, and pictures of my teeth. I was surprised at the time and detail she spent evaluating my situation, asking follow-up questions, and providing multiple treatment options. Dental Care Cozumel was very affordable, very attentive, both doctors provide excellent care. Arrived by cruise ship with bad toothache and thankfully got a short term appointment. I felt very well taken care by Yazmin and her team. I was bit worried about the quality of treatment in Mexico compared to German standard, but my worries turned out to be not necessary. Can only recommend!!

Clinic is conveniently located in downtown Cozumel. It’s an easy walk from downtown cruise port and $8 taxi ride from the other cruise port + Dr Yazmin is well trained and experienced. + Reasonable prices. Crowns are $250 + Clinic is air conditioned. + Covid protocols are in place. The facility and restroom are spotless. + Clinic takes most most major credit cards including Amex -Staff speaks very little English. The doctor does speak fluent English. -Standard crowns can take two or more visits. Same day crowns are available at a higher price. -Clinic doesn’t open until 10 AM. This is my go-to dentist in Mexico. Standard of care is comparable to the USA at a fraction of the cost.... (Show more)
Dra. Yazmin and Dra. Mary gave me excellent care. I flew to Cozumel for a bridge (3 crowns) and a 4th crown with cleaning. I was able to spend 9 days with my wife in an all inclusive resort incluing airfare and a rental jeep for less than just the crowns cost in North Carolina. They are very gentle and professional! Wow! Can’t say enough great things about Dental Care Cozumel! Dra. Yazmin was extremely responsive via email before our trip to Cozumel! Never have I had direct email experience with a doctor in America before, and this really set me at ease. I’m already scared of going to the dentist but, my experience was phenomenal. Upon arriving she greeted me by my name as if she had known me for years. She was attentive and she made oral surgery feel like a normal check up! I am forever grateful to not be in pain any longer. Dra. Yazmin and her staff were wonderful during my two-visit procedure, over a five-month period, for two molar implants and a crown recently. The additional surgeon and professionals also required for this procedure were excellent and I have been very pleased with the whole experience. Dra. Yazmin always answered my questions and always responded promptly to the many emails that went back and forth and I was continually impressed with her knowledge, patience and dental skills. Dr. Janet did an amazing job and was very gentle. Got rid of several cavities and replaced some old fillings. I’m coming back to her next time! A little bit pricey but worth it -and she has a tv on the ceiling for you-
