I also gave them approval for the filling procedure. We started the first session to do my filling in 2 sessions. We experienced some problems in the second and last session. The reason for the problem we experienced was that I felt insecure about the amateurism of the doctor and the assistant, and I was not very satisfied. After the procedure was completed, I left the clinic. I could never use the filler they made in the last 4 weeks. When I went to them again, they said that the filling they made was faulty and needed to be changed. When I asked them to change it, they sent me away, saying that they did not have the material and that they would let me know when it arrived. I haven't received any calls for the past 2 months and the filling they made fell out while brushing my teeth. When I went to another clinic and wanted to be treated, my doctor was shocked when he saw the work they did. Because I had infection, bleeding, extreme sensitivity and dense tartar in my gums. They said they cleaned my teeth, but they were not even touched. I was shocked when my doctor, who fixed all the infrastructure problems, opened the fillings and gave me a mirror and showed them inside. Because the bruises were covered with filling without being cleaned. And the inside of the teeth were rotten. I learned that it was a mistake that would trap this bacteria inside the tooth, cause it to multiply rapidly in an oxygen-free environment, and cause tooth loss. But it doesn't matter much for these. However, even though I had come many times before, the people running the polyclinic wanted me to pay for the root canal treatment that had not yet been completed. I made the payment before the treatment, but there were transactions that were not completed afterwards. They gave a refund for this.
