After years of fear due to a bad experience elsewhere, I overcame my fear with Dentist Mr Mounir! I am very relieved and helped a lot! The quote at the dental clinic says it all! The dentist you don't have to go to, but where you want to go!!

Dear Mr de Graav, To our surprise we read your response. You haven't had a check-up for years and suddenly you appear out of nowhere with all kinds of wishes and (in your opinion) problems. And also with the message that it must be done immediately. All we have done is explain the importance of the periodic checks in which we can identify all your problems and wishes. Based on this, we will draw up a treatment plan with an associated cost estimate and a follow-up appointment will be made. We will of course try to treat emergency complaints immediately. However, the latter was not an issue with you. This is how we work at De Tandartsenkliniek. We therefore do not think it is fair that you see this as exploitation, while this is done to protect you from problems and you will not be faced with any surprises. At De Tandartsenkliniek we want to work as predictably as possible. We regret that our working method does not match your ideas about how a dentist should work and hope that you find a dentist who is willing to work in your way. Best regards, The Dental Clinic

Dear Filip Olah, We do not agree with your assessment. You have come to us with a problem. This is called a problem-oriented consultation. During this consultation we advised you to extract a tooth that we cannot repair because the damage extended to the root. We had already tried it twice before without success, so we could not guarantee you a sustainable restoration. The prognosis for this tooth was extremely dubious to negative. We at De Tandartsenkliniek strive for sustainable dentistry. There will undoubtedly be dentists who practice “cowboy” dentistry and want to take up the challenge again in the hope of blessing.
