I tried to call the practice, there was no band, but there was a queue that you would be helped as soon as possible and after waiting 1.5 hours, my patience had really run out.

Excellent dentist, friendly employees, good accessibility and parking options, also for bicycles. We have been "members" for a long time and plan to remain so :-)

I've been here all my life, first at the old location on the corner near the Botenlaan and now I unfortunately have to travel a bit further in Veldhoven, but I'm happy to do that. Dentist, super nice woman and compliments for Amanda's patience! Super friendly people and a super nice dentist :)

I was a client in this clinic for many years and they literally boosted my confidence. I've always been insecure about my smile: I was missing one tooth and another one located in a wrong position. Photos with a smile was a challenge for me and I was always looking for a proper angle for a shot to hide my gap in the teeth. With my dentist Aleksandra we've been through a long journey with braces, aligner and implant (done by Krzysztof) and finally I have a beautiful smile that I don't have to hide! Aleksandra is smart, caring and cheerful, it is a privilege to be her client. Moreover I can say that the whole team is great and caring, always supporting and taking care of me. Especially well I remember the case when before the implant procedure I was shaking, and ladies in the waiting room noticed it, gave me water and helped me to relax. Needless to say that it all went smooth and was a nice experience. I was a satisfied customer of this dental practice for 4 years and now need to change due to a move to a different city. During my time as a customer, I’ve done many different dental procedures – from regular dental cleaning to an implant. All procedures were done very well and I have never had any complaints. I went there because of a hole feeling in a tooth at the level of my gums, they cured the top part where was a carie and left the hole intact (despite having taken radios on which it was very visible). A few months later the tooth exploded and I had to go to surgery to extract the tooth because it wasn't cured properly the first time. I would recommend you to avoid the clinic and prefer to go to Belgium or Germany for dental care.... (Show more)

The dentist did not think it was necessary to re-treat the root canal treatment of the tooth, he recommended an implant for approximately €2,500.00. I went to an endodontist against his advice. He found that I had a 3rd nerve canal, normally there are 2 nerve canals. This tooth has been treated, I am very satisfied. Was a lot cheaper.... (Show more)

Had a serious fall, broken tooth and open chin. Was able to arrive very quickly and received good help. Assistants were very helpful.

Very good dental clinic, very nice and helpful assistants, dentists and hygienists. I only had a situation once when I wasn't completely satisfied. I really highly recommend it.

Had not cleaned my teeth at a dentist for two years only for them to tell me my teeth were clean and did not need cleaning yet charged for it. absolutely dissapointed

I have been a customer here for about 10 years now. To date, very satisfied with the treatment and transparency regarding invoices. The dentist is knowledgeable and takes the time to check everything thoroughly.
