My voucher was extended by 3 months as a gesture of goodwill. It was really great. The massage was really good

We spontaneously booked a massage online and really enjoyed it. The rooms are bright and clean. The masseuse was very friendly and had a pleasant pressure. Afterwards there was tea and grapes.

Nice local. Travel cheaply by tram. There are Thai restaurants nearby to enjoy and Hotel Premier inn to rest. Day spa is very pleasant and cozy. The people are friendly and polite

I had treated myself to facial cosmetics for a very long time and really enjoyed it. I was able to easily book the appointment online. My beautician was Galina. She was very friendly, calm and the facial massage in particular was really wonderfully relaxing. The lounger was very comfortable and heated, and there was a cozy blanket. Light, calm background music did the rest. I had booked the standard package: cleansing, peeling, cleansing, eyebrow plucking, mask, rest, facial massage. All steps were briefly explained, but otherwise there was a very pleasant calm, which I really appreciated because I don't find it relaxing when the beautician makes small talk with me during the treatment. At the end, the beautician gave me a few hints and tips about my skin. The cleansing and peeling were also accompanied by a steamer... that was a wonderfully pleasant feeling and the pores were able to open again. I found that to be very good and very pleasant. I would only have liked the cleaning and plucking to be a little more precise (e.g. no milia were removed). They also worked without light or magnifying glass (as I know from other cosmetic appointments), which I found a bit strange. There was daylight in the room, but direct light is something else and you can see more. But otherwise I can really recommend it. Also easy to reach by public transport (to the Altmarkt stop). And what I also really appreciate is that I was given advice afterwards without any products being pushed on me. We also work with BABOR products. Today I redeemed my Mydays voucher for a hotstone massage with a wellness drink. The massage itself was okay, although the stones were rather lukewarm. The welcome was completely missing, the room was very small and there was also a lack of a nice scent, as I have experienced with other massages. The wellness drink was a blast...chamomile tea or fruit tea. It's a shame, but the price/performance ratio isn't right and I'll enjoy it somewhere else in the future.... (Show more)

Enjoyed a very pleasant 90 minute full body couples massage. And since it wasn't easy to find an appointment for us, two masseurs came especially for us at the specially agreed appointment. Thank you very much again for this and for this organization!

You guys are ripping people off with your voucher system. At least extend those vouchers that have expired during corona.

I finally redeemed my voucher and treated myself to a full body massage. What can I say, the reception was very pleasant. The masseuse Jindriska immediately conveyed to me that now was my time. She is super professional and you could immediately tell that she was passionate about what she was doing. I prefer a good grip and she had that 😊. Three hours later I can still feel it. Super friendly staff and even got an appointment for two for a full body massage at short notice. Highly recommended!

I thoroughly enjoyed both the Ancient Greek massage by Cristos and the luxury facial by Galina. Both technicians were very professional and tolerant of my lack of German language. The massage was wonderful and I nearly fell asleep. The facial and facial massage was simply heavenly.

Only the attitude is positive and friendly as in whole Germany but I am very disappointed as a customer. It was my first experience (they know that) in a german spa saloon and for sure the last one. No willingness to deserve the money (doesn't matter how much). I chossed Wolke 7 and Facial Day Spa Express on 26.09.2022. Wolke 7 - was only as a relaxing time in a bath of oil and somebody was nearly touching my body. Without vegetables and Wellness drink. And i had only 5 minutes to dress myself and get out. Facial Day Spa Express- again relaxing touch and a mask. That's all. I am very disappointed. My mistake- I paid before. Don't make my mistake. Pay only if you like it. Advice for the administration. More attention to the quality. You lost minimum 5 possible permanent customers. Wish you the best.... (Show more)

Customer-oriented service leaves a lot to be desired! Voucher worth €150 that expired during Corona time was no longer accepted, I was persuaded that the Corona pandemic started in March 2019 and lots of things like that. Of course, I didn't get any response to the inquiries during the Corona period. What a shame! Not recommendable!... (Show more)

Super nice day at the day spa <3

Massage a bit too gentle, but otherwise fine. Clothes and valuables are in the massage room. Pretty annoying when you forget to mute your phone.
