we were in care for some time. After the second insemination, which didn't work (of course the wish center can't do anything about that), I didn't get in touch again because I needed some distance. The center never once asked how we were doing or whether it worked. Personally, I thought it was a shame because it gave the impression that if you didn't bring in any money, you weren't important. Now I have asked about our documents because we would like to change to another clinic. There was no response to the email, but I received a letter in the mail a few days later! Neither registered nor a return address or anything else. This meant that our sensitive patient data was sent unsecured by post! So much for data protection. The first time we came to the clinic was in February 2023. Now, it is December 2023, and I'm holding our miraculous Christmas gift while writing this message. I still cannot believe it's true . “Getting pregnant in a relaxed manner” is really the motto here. After changing clinics because we simply had no success, we had an initial consultation with Dr. Schenk agreed. The initial consultation took place in October and in November we were not only able to finally test positive, but even put eggs on ice 🩵 All employees are absolutely worth their weight in gold! The embryologists are so nice and explain and help wherever they can! The patient support is really amazing! Everyone is happy with you, worried with you, and suffers with you a little. The worst possible experience with this fertility clinic. Their only goal is to make as much money as possible. 10+k€ down the drain with nothing to show. They charge for consultations they themsleves suggested and don`t let you know this in advance, you just receive the invoice after the consult. Unprofessional, non-empathic, empty promises and only the most expensive tests are suggested, often scientifically non-proven. 10/10 don`t recommend.... (Show more)

Unfortunately, I didn't have a good experience with the institute. No real diagnosis, everything quick and quick. Nobody really had time, and every time it was a different doctor. I should have listened to my gut feeling and changed institutes immediately. Had an attempt which of course was negative. My not too good rating falls due to reasons. Looking back, the financial information wasn't right. Regarding the fund, it was said that “you can only tell later whether I fall into it” “it will definitely work” - well, I didn’t fall into it and was therefore allowed to bear the full costs (>7000.-) After the first withdrawal, I continued to take Duphaston - corpus luteum hormone according to Dr Schenk, although the second attempt was planned, I was not supposed to stop taking it. According to other doctors, this was wrong. Unfortunately, the second attempt was negative. Looking back, I would never rush into such a costly treatment again unless all the facts were clearly on the table. The second attempt, which was discussed between “door and angel”… I should have listened to my gut feeling. The ladies at reception were positive - they were always friendly! That Dr Schenk immediately had time for me when I was bleeding. I have currently decided on another KIWU, here the costs and the process are much more orderly! A very friendly team and very competent doctor! You feel very taken care of and you are treated individually! Especially since everyone here has a different 'starting situation', everything is checked carefully and you are treated humanely! The entire team is so friendly, personable and compassionate! We moved to Dobl from another clinic. The institute organized everything for us with the old clinic, so that our existing embryos could also change location without any problems. The diagnosis was very accurate. Was turned neatly upside down. I also went to Dr. Really give him the feeling that it is important to him to fulfill his dream of having a sibling. He is even available on weekends for urgent questions. Even if you are already pregnant. The ladies (organization and laboratory) are very friendly and always try hard. In addition, they always have an open ear. So I feel like I'm in very good hands as a person. Therefore, based on my previous experiences, I can clearly recommend this institute. Our best decision to go to this institute! We have 2 beautiful miracles thanks to Dr. get a gift. The preliminary examinations were very meticulous and we were prepared for the fact that it might take several attempts, but we didn't give up and are now happy parents. We would go back to Dr. at any time. Donate and have the treatments carried out. When I read other comments, I personally can only shake my head. You know the costs PER procedure and you decide for or against it, but complaining afterwards because an procedure does not have a positive end result - and then giving 1 star - is probably the incompetence of the author. Just money-making! Dr. Sh. stated a success rate of 95% in 3 attempts on all of my insemination information sheets! This is probably deliberately misleading! Even under the best conditions (patient younger than 30 years, no previous illnesses), the probability is a maximum of 15% per attempt! For me it wouldn't even have been 10%! Regarding IVF, I was assured of a success rate of 46% – 53%. After a few unsuccessful attempts, Dr. Schenk finally admitted that these IVF success rates only related to fertilization rates, not pregnancy rates. Pregnancy rates are of course significantly lower (in my case it was less than 20% per attempt). I have been to the institute countless times - not once was I correctly informed about the chances of pregnancy, neither with regard to inseminations nor IVF. After I contacted the LKH Graz, the correct diagnosis was finally made and the appropriate therapy was initiated. After that, I became pregnant immediately! Dr. Schenk would probably have carried out countless expensive experiments that, according to doctors at the LKH, would have been completely hopeless.... (Show more)

The institute of Dr. Schenk is highly recommended. The clinic staff is extremely competent and correct and the care is beyond reproach. The staff are extremely friendly and you feel very well looked after. Dr. Schenk is an extremely qualified specialist and his additional qualifications speak for themselves. In our case, the fourth attempt led to a positive result, although the conditions for pregnancy were rather average. We were repeatedly informed about this fact and the facts that would make fertilization difficult were clearly communicated to us. Of course, even the most competent doctor cannot promise pregnancy; this is beyond his power. However, the institute of Dr. Schenk is extremely expert in the field of IVF and the treatment is not only carried out lege artis, but the medical team goes above and beyond. I can only recommend the Dr.Schenk fertility institute and the entire team actually deserves more than five stars.... (Show more)

Unfortunately I didn't get pregnant. About €5500 gone! It's not just about the money, I've taken a lot of medication and injections! Driving back and forth for about 2 months, constant examinations, all for free! But you have to take it into account! Everyone is very nice there! I just didn't like the fact that I was examined by different doctors every time. Every appointment, meeting, ultrasound - and new doctor! I was confused! Then I chose a specific doctor. Then the time for puncture has come. Of course I wanted the same doctor who had been constantly examining me recently. It was said that he was off work, but he could still do the puncture. After everything was over and I was still under light anesthesia, one of them hit me Another doctor fired. So my doctor left quickly after the puncture without discussing with me how the operation went how many eggs were removed! Of course, I asked the doctor who discharged me a few questions about what interested me about the egg count collection. The answer was - I can't give you any information about it because I didn't do the operation. I don't understand why the doctor I treated couldn't wait to discharge me and answer my question! I came here to Dr. from another doctor who wasted my time. Schenk changed and was pleasantly surprised that you could also get appointments when the doctor was on vacation. But I could always go back to Dr. Get an appointment if I asked for it. Generally was very satisfied.

We were treated at the fertility institute from June 2019 to December 2020. We did an egg donation and were finally able to test positive after 3 cryotransfers. The reception staff were always friendly and tried to process or forward all inquiries as quickly as possible. During on-site appointments, I felt comfortable and professionally looked after. The team in the operating room was also sensitive and allayed my fears about the procedures. The point of criticism for me is the telephone support. Callbacks were often promised on the same day, but were then either forgotten or took several days to arrive. This made you feel alone and not taken seriously. Therefore I only give 4 stars. For me, good telephone support is an important, appreciative basis. Especially if you live far away from the clinic and can't always come straight by.... (Show more)

We can wholeheartedly recommend the Fertility Institute in Dobl!! The employees are very friendly, hard-working and always make a relaxed impression. During the initial consultation, everything was explained in detail and we were well informed about all the options and costs. The organization is also excellent: we always received medication immediately on site and it was always possible to get an appointment at short notice. Dr. Schenk and his team looked after us appreciatively and, above all, humanely at all times. All of our questions were and will be answered calmly. The furnishings of the clinic and the treatment rooms had a high feel-good factor for us. The women's needs were particularly taken into account during the treatment. We look forward to a wonderful fertility treatment with Dr. Give back. All the staff at the clinic were very friendly, supportive and we had the feeling that everyone was rooting for us.
