Natalie Sarah Plitt's service meets my expectations. An answer usually comes within 1-2 hours, which I personally really appreciate, as you have a lot of questions and there is a certain amount of uncertainty. Furthermore, communication is transparent and it is not recommended if the operating doctors fear an unsatisfactory result. I'm still rating the service here. Caution!!!! Waste of money!!! Totally unprofessional provision of a medical service! The documents are simply not forwarded to doctors for medical evaluation. The operation was simply fraudulently forced by the agent in order to collect the agency fee and the deposit. If the operation is not possible at all, the deposit will NOT be refunded!! Was referred to the Czech Republic for an ear correction through this agency in 2020. The operation failed because the ears were the same as before. When I had an operation in Germany two years later, it turned out that no stitches were used but only a strip of skin was cut out and my cartilage in my ear was also damaged and had hardened considerably. The operation was carried out in Prague by Ms. Singerova. I cannot recommend this doctor or this placement agency, you deal carefully with the doctors to whom you refer patients!... (Show more)

Chaos

This agency only gives you their commission and their deposit. They only care about their own profit. Whatever happens to the patient in Prague, be it language difficulties or poor results after the operation, is no longer their responsibility. I had gynecomastia (breast reduction) on Wednesday with Dr Kucera. As a man, it put a lot of stress on me to have a female breast. Thanks to Ms. Plitt, everything worked really well. The three of us had very good experiences with the ladies from cz Wellmed and also with our doctor in Pilsen. How come again the beginning has been made

Super disappointment. Poor implementation. I can only advise against it. They didn't support me when the doctor said in the conversation before the operation that he would do a completely different operation and recommended that I research on the Internet how the whole thing works and what technology is behind it. The agency staff hadn't told me in advance that the contract I had signed with them had no obligation on the doctor and I couldn't reach them when I panicked. But why do I make a down payment for this operation when the doctor can then say, no, they only get a mini lift instead of a smas lift and then I'll do a lower limb lift instead. The result and final result are asymmetrical eye shapes, dents, wrinkles etc. and this was done in a laser estetik clinic in Prague. Maybe you should recommend the right specialists to your customers!!!! In the end, the solution for both of them was that I should contact an expert instead of going to the doctor to get a correction for myself. So that doesn't work at all.... (Show more)

I can't understand this bad review at all... I first contacted Ms. Sarah Plitt in 2016 about a tummy tuck and upper eyelid correction. Ms. Plitt always answered all of my questions in a friendly and competent manner... the operation, which was carried out in České Budějovice, went extremely well, without any re-correction... Speaking of which, there was also money left over, namely 1900 and this one has refunded Ms. Natalie Plitt!!!! The advice before and after the procedure from the agency was good and helpful. The agency arranged liposuction (liposuction) in the Czech Republic. Unfortunately, there was a deviation from the agreed price on site, which caused dissatisfaction. In such a situation it is difficult to have many alternatives, especially if you are already in the hospital in Prague. It seems like the clinic might want to take advantage of this situation. The result of the liposuction was disappointing and did not meet the discussed expectations, even after correction. It's understandable that this can be frustrating, especially if you were looking forward to a certain outcome. It is important that communication between the patient, the agency and the clinic is clear and transparent to avoid such misunderstandings. The agency's consultants have always tried hard and done a good job in their role as intermediaries and communication facilitators. It should be noted that the agency is not responsible for the outcome of the operation, but is only responsible for mediation and organizational communication. Despite the disappointment with the result, the customer is satisfied with the agency's work and appreciates the clarifying and helpful communication, especially when there were disagreements in the Czech Republic. There is no rating of the doctor in this review as the focus here is solely on the agency. The client indicates that he would be happy to contact this agency again if necessary, indicating that the agency itself did a good job, despite the unfortunate experience with the outcome of the operation.... Unfortunately, I can't understand the bad reviews at all and I also find the reviewers' reasons totally cheeky. Personally, I have only had very good experiences and am very satisfied with everything. If I had any questions, I received advice very quickly and very competently. CZ-Wellmed is highly recommended and certainly not a waste of money! I am very satisfied with my results, the clinic and the advice and would recommend the service to anyone. I had breast enlargement through CZ wellmed and I'm totally thrilled. 1. The advice was very good and you could ask questions at any time, which were always answered promptly either by email or by telephone, as requested. I chose the University Hospital in Pilsen and am very satisfied so far, 3 weeks after my operation. Even now, when I have questions or something similar, Ms. Plitt and her colleagues look after me well. In my opinion, I was in the best hands. And can only recommend it for the future.... In January 2020 I had my eyelids and eye bags pulsed by Dr. Had Treskova done and I am more than 100% satisfied with the process and the care before, during and after the operation! The doctor was so kind and did an incredible job. I finally have a clear view and open eyes. The support from CZ-Wellmed was also fantastic. Of course I was afraid and unsure. Despite numerous calls to Ms. Plitt and the team, I was always received in a friendly manner and reassured, which greatly strengthened my trust. The whole process was very well organized. The guesthouse was booked in advance by CZ-Wellmed and I was warmly welcomed there too. I was given precise directions to the hospital so that I could find my way inside. An interpreter came to the preliminary consultation with the doctor, which was also organized by CZ-Wellmed. Linguistically, I was able to communicate with the doctor very well in English. All of this was very personal and I felt safe at all times. The operation went well and only under local anesthesia. The friendly nurse then helped me get dressed and a day later the plasters were changed before I drove home. I felt that I was treated preferentially and that I was well looked after. The wound healing went well, quickly and without complications. I would have it done again at any time via CZ-Wellmed and in the Czech Republic. I am now thinking about breast enlargement and am in contact with Ms. Plitt and her team again! I would be happy to come back at any time and I would recommend CZ-Wellmed to everyone!... (Show more)

Never again! Very nice ladies, unfortunately nothing worked out, had to look for a hotel ourselves. . My surgery. Was declined. This is all legitimate. Because of false information! Unwar. No money back. Paid 800 euros!!!! That's just a rip-off. I would have the opportunity to operate on something else :) yes, what's the point. I don't just want to have something done...!
