The appointments are not exact at all. I came from a trip and waited for about three and a half hours, hoping they didn't let me in. Also, when I entered, I waited half an hour inside the room for Dr. Mahmoud Abdullah to come, and despite all that, he made me deeply drunk and accidentally do something in a place that I didn't ask him to do. He told me two weeks and he would leave, don't worry, then I contacted him. With the clinic and with the doctor himself, he did not provide me with any solution. Only the clinic apologized, not the doctor, and the doctor said, “If you want it to get lighter, come and get me lasered,” but you will pay for the laser!!? Worst service ever in korba branch , long waiting time from 8 PM till 10.20 PM however my reservation was 8 Pm ever though i came exactly in my time
Very unprofessional with their appointments, no respect for patients time schedule. Appointment was at 12:15pm until 4pm I wasn’t admitted. I declined to reschedule. If you value your time find another clinic.
Firstly ,the receptionist have a very rude attitude in korba branch they know nothing about customer service, secondly they’re unprofessional with their appointments They wasted my time twice to go there and let me leave without taking my consultation because they don’t know how to say a full information for their patient! Never deal with this clinic. A service like asphalt. I only charge them the price of the examination that they will take from you before the examination itself, so that even if they do not need anything from it, they will still have the money. This was the worst clinic experience I’ve ever had, I came for a procedure and only paid for the consultation with the expectation of doing the procedure that same day. I did not need a diagnosis, I did not need a treatment recommendation, I paid with the explicit expectation of a procedure to be done. The doctor recommended that I don’t do the procedure, and I left having paid an obligatory fee of 550EGP for the doctoral expertise to tell me “no, sorry.” That is truly what I left with. Money hungry, don’t care about customers. I also read in another review that they burned the customer’s skin. Don't go there.... (Show more)
Absolutely pathetic time management. They think it's okay to make people wait for 2 hours! They keep adding appointments when they have none and want people to come on time and wait for 2 hours. When you try to ask them why this is the case every time, they respond with a pathetic "it's out of our hands". Absolutely unprofessional and no clue about customer service. Pathetic.... (Show more)
The waiting time was very long, and the doctor was late, and his manner was very rude, and the examination did not take 4 minutes, and he did not even want us to talk. In the reception, she told me 800 without asking a question, and 1400 if you want to talk to the doctor, and she left and I did not understand what I had.
My daughter had her examination with Dr. Azza Al-Azhari. God willing, she is very smart and dedicated to her work.
Had to wait 3 hours even though I came exactly on time, also I had an issue after the treatment and it’s not looking like it’s going to be sloved

They have a major issue in time evaluation . Simple logic is to put time window for checks and A DIFFERENT ONE FOR SURGERY .

If there is a review with less than 1 star I would have given it The doctors are professionals yet the receptionists are the worst They let someone else first in our stead And when asked they said that she was not a patient, just wanted to ask the doctor something and they gave the impression that she was an acquaintance , we waited for 30 more min , she was a patient , and they lie through their teeth , we complained to the doctor and she apologized in their stead, and did her best to smooth things over and we are thankful to her but You lost our respect with this attitude, This is our last time coming to the clinic ....
