Have been a long term customer. Dr Jeanel and the therapist went extra miles to ensure min pain for my treatment. Treatment recommended is good.
I have been a regular customer here and never dissapointed with the staff and the doctors. Doctors always give me moderate amount of botox and sometimes even tell me not to do it yet because it still has the effect and to check with him again in a few months if I need to top up my botox

Love the assistance from Dr Jeanel and Rebecca. They are always patience in providing advice to my skin concerns.
Why spend money on advertising if the customer service doesn’t reply msg. Gave me a 10am slot while the Clinic opens only at 11am. After which they stopped replying me for days. Luckily I checked opening Hours before wasting my time and heading down. Still no reply from WhatsApp until now

Forever fully booked , if not while you have appt then their doctor will go urgent leave.
My service with the clinic has been relatively good and I would continue to spread the service to people around me.
Treatment is well organised, with timely and infomative reminder via SMS. Service is excellent as well, the attending staff provides clear and detailed explanations of both positive and negative effects so no unpleasant surprises.
Did my plasma eye lift treatment recently. Found it very comfortable and effective. Thumbs up to the team at Novena outlet
Highly satisfied with the treatment done by the friendly and caring Dr Teh . Enjoyed having small talks with the cheerful staff and kudos to Ivy who is thoughtful and attentive.
Good service
I got served by Shyan today to get my Rejuran Healer done by Dr Shiau. I've to give Shyan two thumbs up. She shared with me the ongoing promotions but when I told her I would like to see the effects first before committing, she understood. No hardselling was involved. Shyan was also very gentle when she cleansed my face prior the procedure. Dr Shiau was also very friendly and of course, skillful throughout the procedure. Like Shyan, she recommended some treatments which she think I may suit but at the end of it, she told me to think about it. With Dr Shiau being so skillful, I saw the results when I reached home. I would prefer all treatments to be available at all outlets. Some machines are not available at some outlet and causes inconvenience as a consumer. Treatment wise i would like for all rooms to have basins for hygiene purposes. Price wise i think reasonable. Personally dont like the gst part where comsumers have to pay. Like why? Already paying for treatments which is not cheap and have to pay extra for gst?... (Show more)
