I feel like this lady just rushed and didn’t even care if the lines looked right and then when I was done got up and left and said it’s done … will not go again .. and my daughter also did her nails and she keep my on getting hurt while they were filling 🤦♀️ …

The person that did my pedicure did a great job on the other hand the person who did my acrylics did a horrible job when I told her she kept saying the were nice my hand has glue all over my nail polish wasn't even nicely put on when I tried to make a complaint to the person up front in charge he said he didn't know anything about nails what is he doing there . Horrible experience don't come here and to make you feel even more uncomfortable they start making uncomfortable remarks in a .different language.... (Show more)

I like it a lot but I have my favorites for manicure and nail sets since I have been going to this place for about 15 years.
I came to take off my dipping nails. The lady didn’t even soak my nails but cut them off and used a fake nail to flip them off my real nails. Omfg it was hurting so bad, although i told her, she kept on doing that. And the manicure was so terrible, she made me bleed on 5 of my fingers, she literally cut some meat out of me. The nails were uneven cuz some powder is still on them so she couldn’t even polish them. She told me to let her use the nail grinder to take them off but I refused because it was hurting so bad. I ended up not letting her polish my nails anymore. Definitely not coming back and warn my friends and family not to go there also. **the tools are dirty and she dropped some of them on the floor, didn’t even wash but use them right away, yuck!...
