About Crossroad Counselling Situated in Dublin City Centre, Crossroad Counselling & Psychotherapy offers both short-term and long-term confidential counselling and psychotherapy. Working from a humanistic background, we believe each client is unique and therefore draw upon a range of therapeutic approaches such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, Solution-Focused or Psychodynamic Therapy. We believe that everyone has the potential for growth and change if given a supportive, non-judgmental environment and time to explore their difficulties at their own pace. Our clients are given the unique opportunity to enhance their therapy with the help of an online technology with a range of resources to track their mood or anxiety, log and evaluate their thinking in particular situations, and observe associated emotions – all conveniently on their smartphone or tablet, without paperwork, and tailored to each individual client.
