They are definitely SCAMMERS. They have closed without prior notice leaving thousands of clients with paid treatments (many of whom billed until the same day before). Will Cristina Álvarez and Antonio Hermida use their business network to get away with it? Where is our money?
I have a laser treatment to finish and they close without warning. Who will refund my money for the sessions? There is no phone that I have found that answers you.
UNACCEPTABLE, I had an appointment for January and now they do not respond to calls or messages when the treatment has already been paid for. They close the company and don't even have the decency to warn about the situation. I want my money. This is a shame

They have left thousands of clients without finishing their laser sessions and aesthetic treatments while being paid or financed by banks. They close without warning and without giving explanations. I feel very sorry for the workers, because they are very nice and approachable. In my case, the amount spent is not much, even so, I still have sessions to enjoy, so I will follow the advice read in the newspaper to save all receipts and documentation. They are scammers. At least the centers of provincial Barcelona. Bad service and terrible customer treatment. They close without warning and refuse refunds. They make you dizzy on WhatsApp, they don't identify themselves and they don't even take calls
I am sorry for the situation that the company has had to endure but as a client I am looking for solutions. Since September I have not had the corresponding sessions due to long delays in appointment times. The money continues to be taken from my account and I have no solutions as a client, in addition to not having been informed of the closure and having attended an appointment that I was not going to make at any time due to its closure. From what I see, this center belongs to the Dibea group Grupo Cristina Alvarez S.L. They are scammers, they have owed money to employees and clients, as is my case. I will appeal legally without hesitation.
I just went to the Potosí center, where I was scheduled for appointment just 20 days ago and I find myself with the door closed and a treatment financed, which I haven't even gotten around to doing, at least no one tells me not to even go to my appointment, since I come from Cáceres, and they don't answer the phones either, at least to give us an explanation and solution to the treatments that were paid for and that have not been carried out and which I must pay if I do not want them to claim late payment. They have left more than 400 employees and thousands of clients with newly contracted treatments on the streets, ideal centers are shelved but even so they have three more companies with much fewer benefits and I do not think that these centers want to close them. They only care when it comes to selling the treatment, once paid they don't even bother to assist you.
Scammers, once you pay for the treatment, they don't even serve you!! I don't recommend it.
They have gone bankrupt in Fuenlabrada and it has left many clients without finishing the treatments even having paid for them in advance.
It's very bad, ideal centers scam you. I am making a complaint to the Barcelona City Council, consumer rights.
