I am another affected person... In September 2023 I bought a voucher for a facial treatment. They only gave me one session. Today I went to the center to have the second session of the treatment. And I was surprised that it was closed. For more information I found out that they have closed all their centers due to bankruptcy. I haven't finished my treatments and I paid everything in advance. They have not informed us of anything and what is going to happen to our money. May they help us fight for our rights and recover what is ours. On December 11, I contacted them to change the appointment I had on the 14th. They told me that they could change it, but that it would be for January 11 (full agenda in December). Incredible how a franchise goes bankrupt and she is so calm here! There are many of us with medium treatments, treatments with 1 section and treatments without starting.... So don't buy anything from these people who are just scammers!!!
They are definitely SCAMMERS. They have closed without prior notice leaving thousands of clients with paid treatments (many of whom billed until the same day before). Will Cristina Álvarez and Antonio Hermida use their business network to get away with it? Where is our money?
ARE WE ORGANIZED? I see that there are many clients stuck with pending treatments. If we file a class action lawsuit, it will be easier to get justice, recover our money, and obtain compensation for the damages caused.

I had a PAID laser treatment. I had an appointment on December 13 and they called me telling me that the doctor was sick and that the appointment had to be changed to January.
