About Crea Counselling - Galway Crea Counselling is a trusted Galway-based psychotherapy practice established in 2016 by Valerie Ballarotti. Valerie is an experienced therapist and a fullyaccredited member of both the Irish and British Associations of Counselling and Psychotherapy IACP and BACP. She holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Psychosynthesis from the Psychosynthesis Trust in London and aMA Counselling and Psychotherapy, from the University of East London School of Psychology. She is a trained IFS (Internal Family Systems) therapy with further qualifications in Jungian Psychology and Art therapy. During the current public health crisis Crea Counselling offers online counselling through videoconferencing platforms such as zoom Valerie offers brief therapy when appropriate but tends to work longer term to facilitate deep and lasting change.
