Principal Dentist. Since graduating from the University of Wales, Cardiff in 1999, He has worked both in practice and in the Consultant Restorative Clinic in Prince Charles Hospital gaining considerable experience in clinical techniques and in dealing with nervous and phobic patients.
Dr Eszter Kigyóssy
Specialist Orthodontist. She graduated from the University of Semmelweis in Budapest, Hungary in 1999. She spent several years working in general practice before undertaking three years of specialist training to qualify as a specialist orthodontist in 2005 with outstanding results.

Came here today after 1 year+ struggling with my braces and I have never been so amazed by how friendly, helpful and great the staff are. Never been treated so well. Definitely a place I can finally trust!

Cowbridge Dental Care has made life so much easier for me over the years.From being an extremely anxious patient to having to deal with some serious illnesses John Ayres and his wonderful team have consistently helped me maintain my dental health in the kindest and most compassionate way. The ladies on reception are welcoming and kind and I’ve always been treated extremely well and on several occasions have been fitted in very quickly if needed. I had a problem with my front teeth, two had cracked veneers,one was a cap which had a worn root, the other a false tooth which kept breaking off. After a thorough examination, and having every option explained to me, it was decided to fit a temporary bridge, to include the false tooth and cap whilst my gums heal after the capped tooth was removed. In six months time a permanent bridge will be fitted. I also had gum disease which is being handled by a hygienist. I have had extremely professional treatment, with every step being explained to me, with me also being highly involved in each decision. I was amazed that I could have a temporary bridge fitted on my second visit, which has resulted in me now having a smile to be proud of. when asked by John, my dentist what I thought of the temporary bridge, I told him that if I kept that bridge until the day I died, I would be more than happy, thrilled in fact.... Excellent and professional care given as soon as you walk through the door. We as a family, having moved to London, then Hampshire, still travel down to see Jon and his amazing staff. I have recommended Cowbridge Dental Practice to all my friends and family, we simply wouldn't go anywhere else.
