I did a successful abdominoplasty procedure at Cosmetiq Clinic during the first week of December 2023. The clinic didn't felt like a hospital to me at all. The place was so homely that the patients would feel so comfortable and at ease, oblivious of the painful procedure that he/ she has to undergo. The team of doctors under the leadership of Dr. Bibilash Babu are wonderful with high degree of calibre, updation and professionalism. The Nursing staff, Counsellors, and other Staff are so friendly and caring and they makes the patients feel at home. Smt.Jasiya, Sri Nidhin - both Nurses, to name a few, has been very much helpful, supportive and caring to me during my pre and painful post operative days. After my procedure as I went home, I used to get frequent calls from the Clinic enquiring about my health and well being. In short, the abdominoplasty procedure I underwent at Cosmetiq Clinic was a tremendous success and the procedure helped me in improving the aesthetics of my body thereby boosting my self confidence. I take this opportunity to thank the team of Surgeons, Nurses and other Staff of Cosmetiq Clinic for helping me out during my post and pre operative days. My son had cosmetic surgery from this clinic by giving the huge amount they asked. The cost of surgery was the highest in India and the result was a need for re-surgery.We can accept that a doctor is a human being ,a mistake can happen. But he should accept his mistake and try his best possible way to correct it.After a lot of arguments, he accepted to correct it by paying a minimum charge of 10000 Inr but he assured us that the result would be a failure again.He just wanted to get rid of us as we would affect his reputation. This doctor is a person without any medical ethics,he is just running a business institution.His fee is 4 times more than other clinics in trivandrum and we would think that the quality of service there is very high for this money.He has the full rights to decide his fee according to his qualifications and experience, but he should also be eligible to fulfill the promises he makes. nb:Consulted another two doctors experienced in this surgery.They promised us that 100 % it can be corrected.Their fee is just half of this doctor even after he made it complicated. Reply: Dr Bibilash is not the last person to decide the quality of treatment sreenath deserved."We got clarification for what happened from other doctors",so please.Yes ,you can do it for high cost if you have skill, atleast try to keep your word.Cosmetic surgery should also have medical ethics,its not just a business.... First of all I feel sorry that Mr Sreenath is unhappy with our services. After reading the complaint, I have noticed that some important background facts are missing in this complaint Mr Sreenath has visited us first time on 16/06/2021 for an eye lid bag surgical removal. He was advised to have a routine surgical removal and filling that area with fat grafting that we routinely do as a protocol in the clinic for last 4 years. But he wanted the bag removal alone and not fat grafting. After long discussions and after he accepting the fact that there would definitely some under eye hollowing after the surgery, we did that and he was extremely happy with the results. He came back for the follow ups regularly which we do religiously in our clinic since its is equally important as the treatment for a smooth recovery. Later during one follow up on 01/08/2022, he expressed his interest to under go a lip reduction. He told me that he have already done a lip reduction with some other place before and he wanted to re do it. During physical examination, I have noticed that there is some asymmetry in the lip and told him clearly that we should not over reduce the lip because its very easy to remove any part form the body but putting it back is many a times impossible. He was clearly told that a prefect result in cosmetic surgery is also impossible even though it will most likely give a better result than before. For any cosmetic surgery like this, what really matters is the surgeon’s skill, and experience with such cases. You always have an option to choose your surgeon Mr Sreenath. We don’t force or try to convince any one for surgery for low costs. Your problem with the after surgery lip is unrealistic that’s the reason I was hesitant to do it. When you were forcing me to do it again then any further damage happens you may sue me saying that I was trying to correct my error with a free surgery. Who all are reading this review should know also understand the risks of dealing with clients like Mr Sreenath. We can even post his before after photos to show the nice difference he have after the surgery.

I did my surgery for Rhinoplasty 2 months back at Cosmetiq Clinic and I am extremely impressed by the kind and friendly approach of Dr. Bibilash and his entire team. Pre, intra and post-operative care by the team is exemplary. I am happy with the result and I feel more confident now. I had a botched surgery from this clinic for 80k which was too expensive and I have filed a complaint through National Consumer Helpline. After given time period case will be filed in consumer court against this doctor who takes this much money and leave us depressed without any hesitation.I was late to know that this doctor's account is suspended in international medical website Realself. reply:Dear sir,You don’t need to feel sorry now.I have already consulted another doctor and got clarification.First of all this is a google review platform where I can’t type entire history of my relation with your clinic because google allows only 4096 characters. Answer to My manipulations 1. If someone buys a television with 5 years warranty from a brand and after 5 years he buys a refrigerator with same 5 years warranty from same brand considering that television is still working well .If refrigerator stops working with in 1 one week, does he not have the right to file a complaint.After all documents relating to eye surgery and previous lip surgery was uploaded to national consumer helpline,so hiding something was not my intention as it was not a matter to explain. 2. like I said before I have uploaded the documents related to previous surgery.Before surgery you said that you would not make my lips too slim and could be reduced for a very low cost if I want more thin lips(there is no relation with asymmetry and thickness of lips).You promised me a 100% normal shaped lips till 1 month after surgery as edema was there and after that you changed your word. 3.I have uploaded 2 pics,a pic within two weeks in which stitch marks are visible to show the reason of asymmetrical lips.Second photo of 2 months post op as you told me that after 2 mnths results will be visible.2 months post op pic was the result. nb:just my lips can be shown in your website,instagram,realself. There are 3 things Mr Sreenath manipulated in this complaint for his personal gains: 1. He have already done a cosmtic surgery with us before this surgery 2. His lip reduction surgery was a redo surgery since he was unhappy with the results from his previous upper lip reduction surgery and was informed at the time of consultations before the lip surgery that educations has to be done stagewise and I won’t do large reductions at a single time since enlarging an already reduced lip later on will/not give good results. 3. Also one major thing, Client Mr Sreenath has kept his immediate before after pics along with his complaint to mislead the court event though he have filed the complaint on a much later date. The after surgery pic on this complaint is taken with in 2 weeks of the surgery. The lip will take minimum 2 months for the swelling to come down. I am attaching a before after 2 months pic of him with this reply. If you are still in doubt, we can post your before after pics here for clarification.
