Cosmetica Travel is directed by Houssem Ben Azouz who obtained his degree in Tourism from the University of Lille in France in 1990. From 1995 to 2000, he managed the Tunisian National Tourism Office both in Amsterdam (one year) and London (four years) followed by a solid experience in the service industry. Under H. Ben Azouz's management The Tunisian National Tourist Office in London was twice voted by the UK travel agents (1998 and 2000) as the best UK Tourist Board (The Travel Weekly Globe Awards).
Don't us theses disgusting money grabbers especially dirty hotels no follow up greedy only see them when they come for money. Dr amd surgeons ate rubbish and the cosmetica staff ate no where to be see Especially Nozah pray you don't get her awful lady she will try to buy you coffee before your flight home to try and butter you up you'll see her then and when she collects ur money. At the beginning I have to admit my doubts and my anxieties due to some delays but in fact there is no need to panic because everything is going well. The welcome is warm and attentive. The hotel is magnificent. The nursing staff are very pleasant and attentive. The surgeon Karim Yacoub is really professional, I was apprehensive because I only saw him before the operation, but he was very precise in his explanations and answered all my questions clearly while knowing how to say no and advise me well. which I particularly appreciated, and I am very satisfied with my breast augmentation. No follow-up, the clinic did not correspond to what was advertised. Once your liquid took these t thank you and goodbye You return home with your questions, your problems due to surgery, with no one listening I didn't even manage to get an operating report, supposedly lost!!!

They are excellent! They were recommended to me and I was not disappointed. From the beginning to the end. Hela was the coordinator of my trip, she is a heart, she was extremely available and responsive. She was able to reassure me and be there when I needed her. I came for a rhinoplasty, I was a little scared I admit and Hela, Dr Yacoub and the nursing staff as well as the people at the hotel, all took great care to ensure that our stay was enjoyable. better. Where do I start! I cannot rate this company enough, the staff, the clinic, the hotel, the quality and the reassurance wS outstanding! Firstly I travelled by myself from the UK, my family were worried, they were very concerned but I have friends who have had such positive experiences with Cosmetica. To begin with Nozha made sure she put my mind at ease by collecting me in person at the airport, we grabbed a fresh juice and had a good chat in the car. I instantly felt I'd made a good decision and was relaxed! The hotel was lovely, clean, staff were Amazing partially Radhia who upgraded my room after surgery (nothing ever seems too much for them). And the staff were always so happy, which is so nice! I had a lovely 2 days to relax and then time for surgery! Communication was amazing with Nozha, I was collected by her and our lovely driver and taken to the beautiful clinic. Where everyone again was just so helpful, happy, caring and understanding. The clinic itself was immaculate, every detail was planned and organised which really put my mind at rest. I had the best Dr - Dr. Taher DJEMAL He was amazing, so thoughtful and caring. Talked me through everything and made sure I was happy. Even to the point of being put to sleep, the medication stang my hand as it was going through my veins (completely normal) and he kindly rubbed my arm and reassured me. I had an uplift and breast implant and was baffled how painless it was after surgery. I haven't been in 1 bit of pain,I can lift my arms & lay normally. Nozha arranged everything for me, my medication, appointments ect. She really was special! I then had 2/3 days to recover & relax. Nozha was in constant contact, took me out to see more of Tunisia and taste lots of food, which I really appreciated. I've had surgery done in Turkey and basically you were left, the aftercare was nonexistent and they had no interest in you as a person or how you were feeling. But I honestly cannot stress enough, what a different, what an exceptional service from start to finish I received. I have made a friend from Nozha and I will be back! Nozha made my experience so precious, relaxing and personal. Nothing was too much and I truly believe that she is a beautiful person inside and out! Just to add, I'm only 4 days post op but the results are beautiful, I feel so confident and can't wait to see the end results! If you are interested in having surgery, don't hold back, do it!... I am still in recovery stage, however my overall experience with Cosmetica was very good, more than what I expected, the price if the procedure was very reasonable. The treatment of the Cosmetica agents were extremely professional they made the whole trip easy and accommodating. I stayed at the Thalasso Carthage which was very nice. I had liposuction on my thighs and stomach, I was in incredible pain after a few days and severely bruises, so I think that's to be expected. Dr DJ is no doubt a professional, he certainly knows what he's doing. I am very pleased with the outcome. I will certainly recommend Cosmetica.... (Show more)
