This is my alias name. I had a BA with Dr. Jugenburg at his clinic. My experience thus far has been amazing. Everyone on his team who I have encountered from beginning to end are super friendly. Quick summary for BA, you book an apt for consultation and meet with Nurse Kim who is the sweetest alongside Yasmin. We went through my option and what was best suited for me and my lifestyle. After that, we instantly booked my surgery appointment. I met up with Nurse Sara and she helped me with my medication. Surgery day, (i forget some of their names) but they reminded me constantly that everything will be okay and they would take great care of me (i was nervous). I remember waking up after and a nurse was there beside me, and as soon as i opened my eyes i was already greeted. they helped me get changed and nurse sara took me to my hotel room since i stayed the night. Nurse Sara checked up on me the following morning and everything was great. Highly recommended staying a night if you can. The hotel is another whole amazing experience on its own. I am one week post op, I met up with another nurse and Dr. J, and my incision ... WOW super tiny! Answered all my questions and gave me more suggestions for my recovery. Best experience, Dr. Jugenburg truly is a very skilled professional Dr. I am so glad I found him. Honestly, as soon as I found his website, no other website/surgeon can compete with the amount of information, transparency for everyone to read. The price was exactly what I thought it would be. The procedure was approximately one year ago. I understood that getting better wouldn't happen overnight but would take time for my body to adjust to the adjustments. Not only were the outcomes excellent, but my life has generally changed significantly as a result. My self-assurance is at an all-time high, which has had a good impact on both my personal and professional lives. My awareness of my bodily well-being has also significantly increased. I consume a variety of healthy foods and exercise at least four times per week. In addition, I feel the happiest I've ever been and that I'm in the prime of my life. I had no notion that something I thought was merely surface-level would result in these wonderful improvements. I want to thank Dr. Rose, Dr. Martin, and Rameetha for always making me feel at home, welcome, and like a member of the family in addition to being utter professionals. Dr. Martin and their team are miracle workers! Went with my mom and she could not be happier with her results. She gets nothing but compliments and feels like herself again. The docs have an amazing bedside manner. All of the staff at TCSI and at “SixSurgery” (where the surgery actually took place) are incredible and very friendly. Definitely worth the money. And the healing time has been well tolerated. You can’t go wrong. In other words, Dr. Jugenburg and his team under-promise, aren't arrogant or aggressive, but they absolutely exceed expectations! My experience was superior than all the online reviews I've read, and I have no reason to question this doctor's skill or dedication to his patients or practice. I looked for the top physician in the Greater Toronto Area, and without a doubt, Dr. Martin Jugenburg came up. No other surgeon came close to his apparent abilities and recommendations, and his credentials were fairly remarkable as well. I planned my consultation and even though he wasn't the cheapest option, I made the decision to spend whatever I had on my physical appearance and having surgery. I was not let down. Dr. Jugenburg's cool demeanor and reserved tone would have put some people off, but I saw competence and reserve instead. Overall, the personnel at Dr. Jugenburg's office was considerate, knowledgeable, and open to my needs. They answered all of my calls in the weeks before my treatment and guided me through each step of the preparation. They answered all of my queries and addressed all of my worries by giving me options and going over the specifics. And you better believe I was really curious. For instance, I was worried that, due to potential hormonal problems, the ailment would return later in my life. Dr. Jugenburg sent me a request for bloodwork even though he didn't think this was a problem and offered to reschedule the surgery for a week beyond the originally scheduled date, even though his policy is very clear that doing so would incur a price.... Went to the beautiful clinic for a consultation and left booking surgery immediately after. They were very thorough before booking surgery! I was very nervous before coming in but the prescreener at the clinic made me feel at ease. My patient coordinators Rameetha and Siobhan were awesome, Kim and Yasmin were great during my consultation and with answering my surgical questions, and Nurse Rebecca was fantastic during my surgery and followup appointments. Shocked at the negative, but guess people usually only write when they are disappointed in a service. The office is gorgeous, the staff elite, and Dr. Martin, being as busy that he is, always makes time for quick check ups and explanations. Also Kim IS the go to - she was made for this job. I had my BA at this clinic in September 2020. There was a few hiccups in the beginning but otherwise everything smoothed out and the staff were professional, knowledgeable, and understanding. I am 2.5 years post op and they look absolutely amazing. The scars are barely noticeable to the naked eye. My healing was smooth and painless. My only regret is not getting this done sooner. I had a wonderful experience from beginning to end. At my initial consultation, I met with Nurse Kim, you can see why she is your first touch point. Nurse Kim is so lovely and kind and makes you feel comfortable immediately. Dr Jugenburg was amazing. I appreciated his time and recommendations. The day of the surgery was great everyone on staff made you feel safe and cared for and felt like the surgery was over in a flash. I appreciate the thorough and constant post-op checks ins with my nurse Sara (also lovely) and Dr Jugenburg following the surgery. My expectations were well exceeded at every stage! 10 stars ⭐️ All I can say is everyone who works at sixsurgery were chosen for their skill, knowledge, and talent. Dr. Jugenburg is a master at his craft; with only neck lipo I am looking ten years younger. I felt completely comfortable with him throughout the process. The procedure was done while I was awake under local anaesthetic, and there was no significant pain or discomfort during or even after the procedure.
