This place is a money hungry business. I just needed to know a rough estimate on the cost of implant removal but they wouldn't tell me unless I payed 500 for a referral. I understand all cases are different and price could vary but I literally just needed an estimate so I could know how much I needed to save.
After spending $20,000 4 years ago on my breast impants plus a lift I have had three revisions on my right breast due to complications. I was told on my last revision we would go over the muscle on both sides to stop the muscle from getting tight. While waiting for surgery I was told we were doing to same surgery we have done the two previous times so after a few weeks my breast has the same result as the previous two surgeries and I’m told we can do another revision and go over the muscle not under like the other previous three surgeries. I have recently tried to make an appointment to have my forth surgery as I am getting pain from the tight muscle to be told I have to pay $500 for a consultation plus the surgeons fee etc I have never had my breasts looking the same my left one has always sat perfect but my right has never been ok and it hurts. I don’t feel confident they will ever look like they are supposed to with dr Anh I am just wasting money each surgery and no effort has been made to change the plan on placement etc. I will be looking for a surgeon who listens and isn’t out to make money on revisions every year. Think we dodged a bullet, especially after reading some of the other recent reviews. After meeting Dr Anh and attending her clinic years ago for a breast cancer WA matter, I was impressed so I thought I’d come back and try it for a number of the offered services. After multiple attempts to contact the clinic to ask about the laser skincare, personal cosmetic treatments, and possibly a significant surgery for a good friend of mine - I’m appalled at the service I received from Tarryn the receptionist. Firstly, when I initially said I that I had few questions about treatments and asked if she could help.. she seemed put off. I then explained that I’d been trying for weeks to contact them, but she said they can’t access their voicemail. I did advise that I left a message with the lovely accounts lady who answered the endless ringing phone a couple of weeks prior.. and she informed me the two girls on reception would come back to me. Didn’t happen. Phone kept ringing and left on hold for so long I hung up the other times I tried. The receptionist whom I spoke with seemed very incompetent. Ah - your job is to HELP the business as a receptionist, not hinder it. Her approach was rude when she was explaining to me how every part of the business has different consulting fees and for each query I had, required a different consulting fee. She also explained with huge attitude tone, that I had to pay upfront for all appointments on booking and that I needed to come in to understand any questions I had at all about the treatments - she seemed assuming as if we couldn’t afford it. It’s unfortunate that she wasn’t more knowledgeable about the treatments and just pushed for the varied consulting fees, $90-$500 depending on what I wanted to discuss. Each consult would be a different appointment with another cost too! Talk about working harder not smarter 🙃 I was asking basic and very common cosmetic procedures t understand if should book an appt.. this all just seems very time intensive and not professional enough for me - pass! I don’t like writing negative reviews but I am really frustrated and want to give an FYI to new patients considering Dr Anh and have had work done prior. Please don’t waste your time and money getting a referral and putting in a $500 deposit to go see her. If you have had work done prior this is considered a revision and Dr Anh doesn’t have availability until 2025 as she needs to make sure she can attend to her existing clients. I’m sure being told this was meant to make me think Dr Anh cares about her clients to make sure she has enough availability for them but it makes me feel slightly concerned- does she need to do revisions on existing clients often? I am really disappointed by how this situation was handled. I think if I had been informed about this initially- maybe even put it on your website (just a thought). It just would have been nice to not get the run around and waste everyone’s time. I understand it is a personal preference for Dr Anh to only do a number of revisions per year and she is entitled to that but it would have been nice to have some understanding on why she is happy to see new patients straight away and not someone that has had prior surgery especially when you have got the run around? (you would think I am botched or a complicated case- to clarify I wouldn’t think I would be considered as one) Without this clarification, I assume a revision patient vs new patient would be a case of getting less money.... This place used to be good now I wonder if anyone goes there very little experienced staff messy treatment rooms.
So happy I have chosen Dr Rob! Very talented surgeon. He has a gentle but straight forward approach. Always felt comfortable & well informed. I had breast implant removal & a lift. Extremely satisfied with my results, very little pain no complications & minimal scaring. I would recommend him to anyone.
I can’t recommend Dr Anh enough She’s is an amazing talented surgeon but also a beautiful caring woman. I had my surgery with Dr Anh and I couldn’t be more happy with the results. All surgery can be a scary daunting experience but I never felt scared or nervous, right from my first consultation through to my after care all of Dr Anh’s team are a amazing team of professionals who care for their patients like family and friends. I am very happy with my results but Im just so grateful that I had my surgery done with Dr Anh like I said she is a very talented knowledgeable woman and surgeon. The whole experience was wonderful
Beautiful company and people are so friendly and helpful . Receptionist was really friendly and made you feel comfortable and showed us to a waiting room which was amazing! Gaby and Dr Rob was amazing too explaining everything to me and giving me more options. I had an email from Gaby the same day which is really impressive. Thank you for making me feel at ease. I had a breast augmentation with Dr Anh a little over a year ago. Dr Anh was so accommodating throughout the whole process. The day of my surgery I was feeling extremely anxious, I struggled to settle myself. Dr Anh was able to make me feel so calm and at ease, the last thing I remember before I went to sleep was her holding my hand. 14 months later, I am so happy with my results! Dr Anh and her team are amazing from the moment you walk in the door. At my most recent visit I had the privilege of Nurse Grace taking care of me. Nurse Grace definitely delivers, I left with my skin feeling amazing and a good tip for a new restaurant - thanks Nurse Grace.
My whole experience was amazing! From start to finish. I had consults with other surgeons before Dr.Anh and none of them compared to her. She made me feel so at ease. All of her staff were amazing the whole way through. The morning of my surgery I was very anxious and she made me feel so much better, it’s nice to have a Doctor when they actually care about their patients and I felt this with Dr.Anh. She was present at every consult and present before and after my surgery. I am so very thankful to the wonderful Dr Anh and her amazing team. I had my life changing mummy makeover and the results have exceeded all of my expectations. I cannot believe how good I look. Dr Rob and all the ladies in the clinic have been nothing shirt of amazing through the whole experience. I was very nervous for surgery but they made life easy and Dr Rob was very professional, and followed everything that I was after
