Today I had my first dermaplane and diamond glow facial with Christina and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience! She was welcoming, sweet, and informed me of what she was doing every step of the way! I can’t wait for my next visit!

Without asking what I have tried in the past, they recommended an IPL which partially gave me my hyperpigmentation to begin with. They recommended hydroquinone which I didn't have good results with and suggested I use it anyway because it had retinol and salicylic acid, which I also use but they, again, didn't ask. Neither person sanitized or washed hands when they came in. While flipping through a before and after book, the consultant licked her fingers to turn each page. In that book, she showed my what my results could look like. I pointed out she was showing me rosacea with a skin peel and I have melasma and they recommended IPL. These results in the book had nothing to do with why I was there. I left before my second consult which was for a separate issue due to no trust in this place after my experience.... (Show more)
