Have a mental health check, we check our physical health, why not have a mental health check, our mental is just as important. There is nothing shameful about mental and emotional disturbances, the wise thing is to admit these difficulties and seek help. A mental health check will look at how you feel about yourself, have you a problem with self esteem, communication, assertiveness, are you anxious, stressed, or do you worry all the time.
