There are a lot of people, they don't have an appointment for at least a month, there is always a line. You go to a scheduled appointment and they have you waiting all morning, the service is terrible. It's worse than going to the public.

My daughter went to visit her, Ms. Montserrat Morterde Priego attended to her, the visit lasted one minute, two at most, and the diagnosis was totally false and erroneous. A friendly girl was serving me around 2:30 p.m. and at the change of shift a dark-haired girl began to serve me at the counter, separated from the others who was in charge of authorizations on floor -1. It should be noted that she was arrogant, poorly educated and very unempathetic since I asked her for help to manage said paperwork and she did not even make the effort to do so, unlike the colleagues who were nearby. Do not hesitate to ask him for a claim form since I asked him many times PLEASE and nothing. He didn't want to give it to me and in the end he didn't give it to me and I had to leave. Delighted with the service provided. I have been doing my reviews here since 2018 and I had my baby here. They have always treated me great and with the utmost professionalism. I only have good things to say about their medical team in addition to having 10 facilities.

3 days ago a good friend of 41 years old died in childbirth. It was her first pregnancy. She was totally healthy. She had taken great care of herself during the pregnancy. She came in for a scheduled birth, but they had her for more than 24 hours with the natural birth protocol. She became exhausted and weakened, and when the doctors realized the situation they had to perform an emergency cesarean section, but it was too late. I imagine that Dexeus will defend itself with reports alleging protocols, the percentages of risks that exist in any intervention, etc. But it is clear that something has been done very wrong, and that in the 21st century this fatality cannot occur.... In five years they changed my gynecology five times, the last one is not even on the Dexeus medical chart. Previously, Dr. Salas treated me for approximately 20 years, the best both personally and professionally.

I started monitoring my pregnancy in Dexeus and it was pretty bad. I was assigned a gynecologist, but some consultations had to be attended to by others due to lack of appointments with the reference one. During the course of the pregnancy, the reference gynecologist left Dexeus and rescheduling with another has been chaos, plus they have given me the worst hours because the mutual service is saturated. Each echo is given to you by a different person, one of them was attended to by a man with misogynistic jokes included. The only gynecologist I liked is the one who left because she was very respectful and spoke to you without judging (a 10 for Dr. Alba Cruz). Another doctor who treated me made a very unfortunate comment about my weight gain. In each consultation they weigh you, when it is not recommended to do so since there are women with ED and they tell you that you have to gain one kg per month, when the weight gain varies according to your BMI. Basically they treat all pregnant women the same without taking into account the personal characteristics of each one. Finally, I find that the care in a normal developmental birth is too interventionist, that is, they do tests that are not necessary and do not take into account the patient's opinion: excessive echoes and straps, from week 37 use of straps every week when their abuse is not proven by scientific evidence, but I suppose they charge more the more tests they do, even though it has no benefit for the baby or the pregnant woman. All this has made me quite distrustful at the time of childbirth, since they possibly abuse medicalized births without being necessary as happens in many private ones, like some women I know who have had a cesarean section in the private one without being indicated to go faster. because they need beds. In the end, I went to social security and much better, I find that there is a much more respected follow-up taking into account the wishes of the pregnant woman, in addition I am always treated by the same professional and the protocols they use are the most current.
