She was thorough on the virtual chat, although I felt it was kind of rush. Really looking forward to my procedure and the post surgery support. So far the staff are great. Will give an update after surgery next month.

Dr. Constance Barone and staff are great. My daughter had a great experience with her surgery. However, be very careful with the financial options. The person in charge of that didn't discussed the options and we ended up with a 10k bill with only 6 months without interest. That's outrageous. I had a consultation with her years ago I thought she was rude cold and there was no way on Earth I was going to let her cut on me. Her bedside manner was horrible. I left the office very upset. She was not comforting and treated me like she didn't care about me. Or my issues or my money or me being a patient and I know it wasn't me. I was young innocent and had concerns and questions. I was nervous and scared about surgery. She was uncaring, cold and dismissive. A work colleague went to her and used her and agreed with how I felt about her being a rude person, but still used her because she thought she was good? What a joke! I hadn't read any negative reviews before I made this, but decided to scroll down and see what other people were saying. Funny how more people were using the same terms, rude, dismissive, and horrible bedside manner. I don't remember too much about the staff but can't remember being impressed either. They just didn't care about me or my money. Do your research and get referrals don't spend money or take chances ladies. Know exactly who you are dealing with.
