Absolutely wrong. I wrote clearly by email that I have 20 crowns and veneers and that it is extremely important to find the right shade for the new crown because I work in front of the camera and even the smallest deviations are extremely noticeable. They said it wouldn't be a problem. After I arrived it suddenly became a problem. They referred me to another clinic that didn't make a good impression on me and charged almost double the price. Last spring I came across several reviews on various platforms. And I became curious about making initial contact, which was easy to do first by writing and a short time later by telephone. I was due for a complete upper jaw replacement... Mr. Szávai from the Completdent Clinic gave me very good advice and I made my way to Budapest in June to get to know the clinic and after the examination and subsequent 45-minute consultation with Dr. Sźakal was already very sure to have it done there. My health insurance company immediately approved the cost/treatment plan (5 implants + bone reconstruction), and in September I got back on track. The operation was then (under sleep anesthesia), in retrospect more strenuous than I thought, quite intense. But the care and support provided by the clinic, especially the smooth transport service between the airport, clinic and hotel, made everything easier. All in one and especially after examinations at home with the dentist, he was very satisfied with the work done and the very good temporary restoration, I was able to eat everything better from the start and over time, I did everything right. The clinic is a small but nice dental clinic with nice, helpful staff in Budapest. Thanks to their specialization, the staff is top-notch in their field. The scheduling of appointments proved to be very flexible. In an emergency, I was able to get an appointment within a week! After 2 years, I turned to Completdent again for an implant treatment. Both the quality of the treatment and the kindness and helpfulness of the staff exceeded my expectations. I can only recommend the clinic to everyone!

At the moment, I can only evaluate the communicative approach of the clinic, which is absolutely great. I had OPG take a photo of my teeth in Prague and sent them along with the photos of my teeth to several clinics in the Czech Republic, Turkey and this clinic in Budapest. This Hungarian clinic responded within 24 hours and immediately created a treatment plan and price budget for me based on the OPG image from Prague. The Turkish clinic in Istanbul did the same. Unfortunately, even after 10 days from sending my email, the Czech clinics did not react or reply. Not one of those I approached... So I was deciding between the offer from Istanbul and Budapest. Due to the excellent offer from Budapest, I decided for my treatment in this clinic and at the moment I am looking forward to the start of the treatment. Thank you very much to the Completdent clinic and I believe that I will be as satisfied and excited with the treatment as with the communication, which is excellent. June 2023: Thank you very much to the Completdent clinic for the perfect professional care, great approach and painless treatment, including extraction of all lower teeth and insertion of implants. Now, 2 weeks after the insertion of the temporary prosthesis, I am very satisfied and I am looking forward to the final result in half a year.
