Colibri Dent

I highly recommend the Colibri Dent clinic. The quality of services is performed at a high level. I can say that this is a specific clinic. I met Dr. Łukasz K., who is, above all, a nice man with extensive experience in his profession. He can calm a person down and correctly diagnose the problem. I had the cyst removed by the doctor and a few other things turned out (thanks to Dr. Krupiński's correct diagnosis). The workmanship and care during and after the procedure were really great. The doctor devotes as much time to each patient as the patient needs, which is an activity worth its weight in gold. I do not agree with comments that put the clinic in a bad light in terms of delays, because everyone needs different time for a visit or treatment. I would like to emphasize that the clinic deals with each patient professionally and, above all, they approach it as "person to person" and not as "servant to person". The equipment the clinic has is new and modern, which is a huge advantage. I dealt with most matters on the spot without having to run from doctor to doctor. Finally, I will add that the ladies at the reception are also very nice and I have never encountered a lack of contact. Phone calls are usually answered and if not, someone usually called me back. The rating relates more to service than service quality. Today I had an appointment for 12 p.m., I showed up early, the lady at the reception told me to sit down and wait. 5 minutes pass, 10 minutes, 15 minutes later, and I still don't know how much longer I have to wait. After 30 minutes, I took my backpack and left. The lady at the reception looked surprised why I was leaving and asked if I could wait (this question should have been asked much earlier). The reception desk is the link between the patient and the doctor and information about the need for an extended waiting time should have appeared at the very beginning, but the lady preferred to look at her smartphone :). Thank you very much for letting me waste 2.5 hours (I commute an hour to the office) of my life for a service that was not completed due to the lack of organization of working time :)... (Show more)

Very nice atmosphere. P. The doctor is very nice and professional. Everything he does is very well thought out and when another problem arises, the treatment is comprehensive. All employees were very nice. Extra + for sense of humor. I highly recommend.

I went for full treatment to Łukasz Krupiński, great experience. He is skillful, clear with his recommendation and listened to my wishes. Extra positives are that he speaks English and makes you feel at ease.

I came to the doctor after many traumas with poorly treated teeth on the National Health Fund, only the doctor presented a specific treatment plan, which was complicated, included 4 implants, veneers, root canal treatment, bone regeneration and tooth extraction. Despite such a complex plan, I felt confident, I felt taken care of, the doctor is very professional, I recommend it to anyone who is afraid of dentists, the doctor loves his job and is very meticulous. After the implantation procedure, the doctor personally called me and checked how I was feeling, he also asked his assistants to call me and make an appointment for check-ups, he took care of everything himself and remembered me all the time. Today, 3 years after the treatments, I enjoy a beautiful, healthy smile, the shape and color of the veneers are perfectly matched to my face, I come for check-ups every year and I am very satisfied! Great doctors! Committed and professional. I was treated by all three because I had a specific treatment plan to save my teeth, Dr. Łukasz is a man with his heart on his sleeve, and also a genius in implantology, Dr. Peter is a virtuoso of orthodontics, I really didn't think that my crooked teeth could conjure up such a beautiful smile, and Dr. Marianna is a warm, charming, professional and meticulous doctor who cured my teeth perfectly, I totally trusted all three of them and I am very pleased with the results, I sincerely recommend it, you will not be disappointed.... Worst experience ever. Very friendly dentist but a different agenda. I really trusted this dentist but he ripped me off. Did not do the work I wanted and got me to Poland from UK on false pretences. I wrote a review last week and it has been taken down. This is an honest review and I have included pictures to prove it. This dentist blocked me when I told him I was unhappy and needed to come back. I now have implants uncovered on the lower part of mouth and you can see the screw in between gum and tooth.
