CM2C Hair Clinic - Lisboa

Unfortunately, it has poor service. I had surgery with them in October 2022. I'm living proof, they had a wonderful approach to me before the contract, but after the surgery the conversation was completely different. No empathy, little contact, almost no communication except at my insistence. As for the results of the surgery, I can sum it up in one word, null. Today, after 1 year, I have the same or even less amount of hair than before. I realize today that there was a very superficial analysis on the quality of the capillary bubo, on the recipient area, the bubo count is doubtful, probably lower than agreed, and the post-operative period, as I said, could not have been worse. And now they don't answer and they don't even bother to give clarifications. Stay away from this clinic, without exaggeration. Poor implant results. After 2 years I am the same as I was before. Bad professionals and just want money. I don't recommend it at all.

Terrible!! After two transplants and €4,500 spent, I have huge gaps in my hair. They are liars and frauds, they blatantly lied to me saying that they had placed 1450 fulicles and I found out later that they only placed 880. Years later, I had a hair transplant again at CM2C, thinking that they had some character and that they would compensate me for the failure the first time, but the work was terrible and after a year, I confirm that I was fooled again!! Terrible! They are capitalists who take advantage of the vulnerabilities of bald people. I was a customer in 2016, I paid €4,500 with promises of fantastic results. Nowadays, I am the same as I was before the surgery. I asked for a refund, and they gave me the "middle finger". Stay away from the clinic my bald friends. That's all snake oil. I had the procedure a little over a year ago, but after 3 months I already realized that it didn't go as expected. Since then, in several barbershops that I have visited, the professionals have said that the procedure was not good, as the hairs seemed too spaced out and the number of follicles were not sufficient. I decided to go back to the clinic after 4 months to find out more, they said I should wait 1 year to find out if it was good or not, as at this point I wouldn't be able to know. After more than 1 year, I returned to the clinic and the professional told me now that I should have had more follicles, and when I made the budget and consultation before the surgery, whoever decided the number of follicles and told me that the result would be like me I wanted it, it was the clinic itself. I found it strange because in other clinics in Portugal and Turkey, everyone had talked about more follicles, but I ended up trusting CM2C's initial service. They certainly think more about commercials than quality. I've always had to call to schedule a return to find out about the result, they don't care and don't even have this after-sales care. And in this last service, the response I received regarding my dissatisfaction was a new high-value proposal to repeat the procedure. I do not recommend this clinic.... (Show more)

Terrible operation, disastrous results and Mrs. Fatima Perdigao provided zero attention. They don't answer emails or show their face and always have an excuse for everything.

I saw a lot of negative comments here, I believe it went wrong, but each body reacts in a different way, each body has its own reactions and rejections, with the post-operative period I believe so, they should call and monitor clients better, but in relation to work and service 5⭐. I do not recommend this clinic to anyone. My husband had an implant last year in November and there was no result, we paid €1700 for the trash first, they told me that I would only start to see results between 6 and 12 months now that I called they said it was between 12 and 18 months . I know nothing about the treatment... I waited 45 minutes in the waiting room without any information about the delay in the appointment. So he decided it was better to leave and look for another place. The experience starts from the first moment and mine was terrible.

Poorly done transplant, with complications and poor results. I was refused medical assistance, as CM2C does not have medical services for this. When things go wrong, we are treated as undesirable. Unfortunate!

I had the transplant in September last year. It is undoubtedly better than it was before, but the lack of hair is still noticeable. It could have been a better job considering the follicles they said they removed, which were 2000 to 3000. My barber said he had clients with much better results in other clinics.
