Overall a nice private clinic. I had two ambulatory surgeries in the last two months (hallux valgus both feet) and the service was good. The reception and payment process it's fast and easy. The assistant nurses and the nurses are very kind, patient and professional (I think they are the biggest assets of the clinic). The checkout process could be better organized (more clear timeline) but that is just me nick picking. To summarize, I highly recommend this clinic.... (Show more)

What I expected from Dr Jean Marie Faire was a result as close as possible to my desires, What I got was an even more beautiful result than I had imagined... Thank you so much ! The Clinic and the girls at reception, I want to give 5 stars ⭐️ just for the patience with the patients! It's not easy to gently manage requests, all different, they manage it very well! Google should really monitor these dishonest establishments that go so far as to invent fake reviews to rebuild their reputation! Good morning, Apparently this is the only way to reach the clinic!! I have a very, very big problem with billing: fees paid in full to the clinic by ME (coverage accepted by the S.S) as well as by Social Security, therefore a TOO PERCEIVED by the clinic!! and me 0!! It's all out of my pocket. ASHAMED !! A manager was supposed to call me, I'm still waiting for his call!! No one answers the phone !! Impossible to find a manager. It is a question that I will not be reimbursed and that the clinic will be paid TWICE. Too bad because the medical staff are wonderful.... (Show more)

A sketch The two reception secretaries are not worthy of a private clinic. They treat patients with disconcerting relaxation, have fun with each other, answer their private calls from which the entire waiting room can benefit, play on "snapchat"... everything seems disorganized in the way they welcome patients. The mask seems to be obligatory in the clinic, but obviously not for them... in short... I thought I was hallucinating watching this ride during my visit to the waiting room. At least it's entertaining during the long wait to see the doctors, but it's still not serious!... (Show more)
Very good address for an aesthetic operation. Very competent and very human team, the block team very professional and attentive. I will go back and recommend it to my friends.

Very bad experience with the administration while the care part and the nursing staff are great. But the administration is truly horrible... people who have no politeness, you have to keep calling to get even the slightest document. It's really a shame! I would advise going to consult the specialists but in another structure to avoid having to deal with this lack of professionalism.... (Show more)

The staff is particularly friendly and smiling while being very efficient. I was greeted by everyone in the clinic, even by those who didn't take care of me. When you come for an operation and you are stressed, good contact with the caregivers is important to relieve the pressure and it went very well thanks to them. I warmly recommend.... (Show more)

So relieved, I won't get my endoscopy done over there. Traumatized by the male anesthetist who received me for the 1st consultation related to my health history record. Stressful, apathetic and cold ambiance in the administration area location. Thx gosh, my doctor sent me to another hospital! 🙏 …
Worst Clinic!!! Trying to spend more time improving the reception, organization and administration of the live clinic than trying to improve your virtual image under Google reviews, I think that will be a good start!
