Hello, on December 21 I underwent a spinal hernia operation, Dr. C. Ginguene and his assistant performed a very complex and fantastic operation. I would like to sincerely thank Dr. Ginguene and Dr. Henri Cuche from the anesthesia department as assistant. With their help, I was freed from terrible and excruciating pain. Very bad experience, impossible to contact them, it's a robot that answers you, then it tries to pass you the switchboard of the ophthalmology service without success after 4 times. Then I called the hospital switchboard 8 minutes and it hangs up on you

Accustomed to clinics and hospitals, this is the first time that I have been so relaxed for an operation. Splendid welcome, wonderful team who made us feel very comfortable. The fees hurt but for the service given it is understandable.

Hospitalization of my daughter for 4 wisdom teeth Top-notch nursing equipment and super stomatologist intervention!! on the other hand, expeditious reception to the standard for entry and exit. the time!!! non-existent telephone switchboard staff does not respond whether it is reception or accounting, who did not give me the right doc for my mutual reimbursement. The reception staff, the surgeon and his team, the anesthesia and the nurses are all very professional and very pleasant. I felt surrounded and well taken care of, all my questions were answered with kindness. I recommend this clinic.

I am very grateful to Doctor AFATHI and Doctor CUCHE who operated on my herniated disc. They did an exceptional job and were very kind. It's pleasant to come there for your appointment, on the other hand the parking lot is extremely full so try to find if you have a place on the street yet not in front of a garage exit because it's very hot 🥵 you risk turning into round for at least ten or even twenty minutes but be patient because the parking spaces are very tight? …... I had wisdom teeth surgery 3 days ago, no pain, no swelling, I don't even feel like I had surgery. All the staff were extremely kind and reassuring, and the hospital is beautiful and clean. I highly recommend this clinic.

I had surgery for my right hallux valgus today. Nothing to say, it was impeccable! The hospital is very beautiful, very modern, I hardly had to wait, the staff was great, very reassuring and very empathetic. If you need to have hallux valgus surgery, you can go with your eyes closed. Operated by Doctor Valentin, I was very stressed and they all knew how to put me at ease. The postoperative instructions are very clear, we explain everything to you and repeat it to you many times to be sure that you understand, if anything is not clear the secretariat responds very quickly and is at our disposal.... My mother was operated on 06/23 at the day hospital... the clinic charges a night's stay for €312.93 and does not apply third-party payment... result: payment of €1086 the same day of the operation 😫 and returning me finally realized the error today...I called and was told that accounting and the clinic were closed until 08/21! Just to keep a little more of the €312.93 stolen on the day of the operation! It is shameful ! Hoping to find someone on 08/21 and get my money back right away!!... (Show more)
